Always smiles and Wonderful experience and very helpful couldn’t ask for a better help than TIVA!! she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Was very clear about prices and monthly charges. Got a new phone with minimal hassle ( I say minimal because the phone I was replacing had a Broken bottom screen, and it wasn’t easy to transfer. lol. Thanks again tiva!

Mega thieves and scammers. It’s unfortunate but anytime you walk into this den of wolves you have to be extremely careful of everything they say and don’t let them scam you, ask to see all contracts up front, ask a million questions, ask the questions front and backwards, ask permission to record the conversation preferably (with the salesperson identifying themselves) because they WILL try to scam you. I saw one or two nice employees but watch out for the main person she’s a shark. They were trying to stick me with twice the bill amount. Basically anything that comes out of their mouths just assume it’s a lie right away.I realize I didn’t say exactly how they’d scam you but they will add packages and costs to your bill that you don’t want/need and lie. For example they said oh yeah you get a “free” case and accessories. Then admitted that it was not free and that they actually had a monthly charge. Then they misquoted me by almost twice the price and said oh actually we added an iPad to that price ?. Like girl bye when did I ask for an iPad.They will also lie about their specials and phone offers to push you to buy a higher priced phone.I would not advise shopping in person for a phone there.

I find the staff at US Cellular 10 X v=better that Verison, T Mobile, and AT&T. The staff always address me when I walk in. The have always been knowledgeable and friendly. Tiva is the person I work with most because she rocks! She is a "ifugure it' out with you kind person and she is way more knowledgeable than I am. So glad I went with US Cellular, been with them 5 years plus and I am not going anywhere!

The people at Us cellular eureka explain things at my pace, not at expert speed. The atmosphere is chill. Tiva was a great salesperson! She was frank with me about what would save me money, or what would not be a good choice for me. Us cellular has a low price monthly. Go in the morning before it gets busy.

They are liars my bill hasn’t been consistent since I’ve been there and they said it would never change i have gone in there every month to fix my bill and it just keeps charging my card more and more. Their internet sucks on phone and router! I do not recommend. Unfortunately I’m in a contract now and I really wish I never came here. No one knows what they’re doing and everything they say has not been accurate with my account at all.

Services sucks, seller there don't listen to you they just want a make a quick buck, 5g rarely ever work, they charge you a almost 100us for a service you can get in Verizon or T-mobile for half of the price. You be wise to not bother with this company and location. Avoid this place at any cost or you will end disappointed. I been a customer for 6 year and I'm ready to move on.

They will lie to you just to get their commission. The woman we dealt with sold us the home internet but didn’t let us know we’d have to buy the actual router! It stopped working within the first month of use and they couldn’t fix it. They told me it would never work in our house but we still had to pay $400 for the garbage router. I found out later the person who sold it to us never even set it up correctly! They don’t know what they are doing and will make you pay because of it. I will tell everyone I know to never do business with us cellular.

What a terrible place! Tony the assistant manager was not only rude, but would not give me corporate’s number. I had two forms of ID (paper)and a credit card, and money to pay my sons bill. The people there would not accept my Visa card without a picture ID.!?Not even a car registration and/ or a temporary paper driver’s license. I’m an elder. Native American. Is this why? Tony told me to call outside to corporate, and guess what? No extra charge, no problems at all.What happened to customer service?

They are scammers. Do not purchase the home internet! It won’t work and they don’t let you know you can’t return the router so you’ll have to pay $400 for a useless box

I went in for home internet, was told I had unlimited service and the service would not slow down for using to much data. Internet worked great during the trial period, then shortly after it slowed way down and stopped working. Tried to cancel the service and return the equipment but since I was a few days after the trial period I was out of luck and charged $250 for a router that doesn’t work as it was promised. Complete bait and switch. Poor ethics amongst this company. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
