“My old, first-car Honda was having a really bad time and it was time for an upgrade. That car had a large number of issues but still they took it in for trade and got a margin of my price knocked down! Not only that but they were kind enough to buy the parts for me to fix up the very minor issues the car did have! I see a lot of older reviews speaking in disappointment, and I know that not everyone's experience will always be the same. However, I would like to express my gratitude for how my experience went.
I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good car with a good price. Though, I'd say with them as I would with any other dealer, take the car on a test drive and have a PERSONAL (not a shop) mechanic inspect the vehicle. They'd likely want you to do that first as well, a lot of shops will upcharge you around here. They told me to bring it back if I had any issues so they could try themselves before taking it to another shop. I'd say that'd be your best bet, my experience proves to me that they cared about my time with a new car and not just a dollar sign.
Inspect it first, then talk about how you can work a deal out that'll benefit the both of you. They're good people, give them kindness.”
