“Hands down one of the best customer services parts stores I have been to. Not sure what the review before me was, but it sounds like someone didn’t get the entitled service he deserved. I have been in here many times and there are times when it’s busy and you have to wait a couple minutes, other times you don’t. The staff is more than willing to fix any problems that arises if they are presented one, I have been one who needed things fixed a couple times. but when people like the last review are not waited on right away they throw a tantrum and resort to online to speak their mind. I bet he didn’t ask to speak with the manager or give anyone a chance just walked out and bashed them online. Truly comical or pathetic as he put it.”

“A quick Google search led me to this hardworking business. Where it mentioned custom orders and a specialization in top quality bedlining/spray-on. I gave them a phone call because getting fitness equipment custom sprayed might likely be a first. Most also don't want to heft around the heavy equipment.One very warm and friendly phone call later, and I'm walking into the store to be greeted as if I was family already.Vick (presumably the owner) greets me and shakes my hand, Becka also greets me warmly and they both inquire how they can be of service.I explain details for the custom order that I would consider "extra", overly specific, or fussy. They both shrug at me with ease and a veterans level of experience/confidence. They assure me it can be done rather easily and shouldn't be too costly.Vick also takes the opportunity to lift the 32lb kettlebell as if it was made of paper. Becka then does the same but with a naturals form, as if she was competing in powerlifting. Very impressive to see as a personal trainer.One week later and I come in to see this beauty of a kettlebell. I've never had such an easy, quick to trust, business experience in my life. Even the minor detail of not having a uneven surface underneath the kettlebell handle was considered and executed with perfection.I highly suggest ya'll get work done here if you'd like it done right, at a great price, and by some of the friendliest folks in town. We're all very fortunate to have such business in Humboldt County.Thanks again”

Compared to other pricing in the area there's was way lower and the quality above my expectations. My car looks brand new again. “My old, first-car Honda was having a really bad time and it was time for an upgrade. That car had a large number of issues but still they took it in for trade and got a margin of my price knocked down! Not only that but they were kind enough to buy the parts for me to fix up the very minor issues the car did have! Tom over there is a truly empathetic and kind person and I'm very glad he helped me through the process.I opted to do the repairs myself and she's running like a dream, significantly better than my old Honda making blender noises on the highway.I see a lot of older reviews speaking in disappointment, and I know that not everyone's experience will always be the same. However, I would like to express my gratitude for how my experience went.I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good car with a good price. Though, I'd say with them as I would with any other dealer, take the car on a test drive and have a PERSONAL (not a shop) mechanic inspect the vehicle. They'd likely want you to do that first as well, a lot of shops will upcharge you around here. They told me to bring it back if I had any issues so they could try themselves before taking it to another shop. I'd say that'd be your best bet, my experience proves to me that they cared about my time with a new car and not just a dollar sign.Inspect it first, then talk about how you can work a deal out that'll benefit the both of you. They're good people, give them kindness.”
