“The day after learning that my car was totaled and me being completely unprepared to navigate buying another vehicle, Scott was the man for the job! His no-sales-pitchy attitude and calm demeanor was exactly what I needed to get me through this stressful event in my life. I could have been a bit more prepared to arrive at their facility (you know, the obvious things like making sure you unfreeze your credit before showing up on a Saturday when everybody's closed), but he was so kind, walking me through the process, and beyond patient and friendly about my unpreparedness.
On top of it, Drew was very friendly, accommodating, and quickly got me out the door once I had my ducks in a row.

“I bought a used car from a new car dealer in Oregon. The radio didnt work so they had a stereo shop in Grants Pass put in a new one. When I got it back Satellite radio wouldn't work and the steering wheel controls didn't work either. The dealer had me find a local shop to fix it. Eureka car stereo found out the shop in Oregon didn't hook the speakers correctly and didn't program the steering wheel controls so they fixed those problems also. I cant recommend them enough. Very professional and just friendly people.”

“My old, first-car Honda was having a really bad time and it was time for an upgrade. That car had a large number of issues but still they took it in for trade and got a margin of my price knocked down! Not only that but they were kind enough to buy the parts for me to fix up the very minor issues the car did have! Tom over there is a truly empathetic and kind person and I'm very glad he helped me through the process.
I opted to do the repairs myself and she's running like a dream, significantly better than my old Honda making blender noises on the highway.
I see a lot of older reviews speaking in disappointment, and I know that not everyone's experience will always be the same. However, I would like to express my gratitude for how my experience went.
I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a good car with a good price. Though, I'd say with them as I would with any other dealer, take the car on a test drive and have a PERSONAL (not a shop) mechanic inspect the vehicle. They'd likely want you to do that first as well, a lot of shops will upcharge you around here. They told me to bring it back if I had any issues so they could try themselves before taking it to another shop. I'd say that'd be your best bet, my experience proves to me that they cared about my time with a new car and not just a dollar sign.
Inspect it first, then talk about how you can work a deal out that'll benefit the both of you. They're good people, give them kindness.”
