I brought my friend in to get as new phone, he is legally blind, the associate Tyge treated him with patience and courtesy, explaining everything to him clearly and even helping him set up all the phone features for the sight impaired.

We are not Verizon customers. We are with us cellular, but Verizon has wayyyyy better cellphone cases, so we do go there for accessories and they are super helpful

Usually the experience at most cellphone stores is sub par, however today I had an odd issue with my phone and Nick and Jerry both helped to resolve it quickly, despite the fact the store was quite busy. Thanks guys!

I’ve been needing a new phone for a while now, I was really hoping to get a new phone for Christmas, but my phone battery went from bad to worse. I’ve been an iPhone user for the past 12yrs, and the new ones look pretty nice.
The new 15 is super rad, especially the pro max, but I decided to get the plus. I’m excited to have a proper working phone again, especially one with a larger storage capacity, I couldn’t even download the last several updates because I didn’t have enough memory.
The store was a bit crowded, but that’s typical for this location. They offer amazing customer service, they’re extremely thorough, so it tends to take a while. But that’s fine, it gave me a chance to catch up on other reviews.
I can’t remember the persons name that helped me, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She said I’d been a customer for years and offered to take a look at my account to see if there’s any ways to help me save. Turns out I had an old tablet that I hadn’t used in years that I was still getting charged $10 a month for. She gave me the direct number to call to have it taken care of. She also managed to help me trouble shoot my girlfriends Apple Watch.
Knowledgeable staff and great customer service goes a long way for me, I have no problem waiting a while if I know I’ll get taken care of instead of taken advantage of.

If I could give them less stars I would.
The manager Jared is horrible and treated me like a child. I was ignored in the store for over an hour while setting up my new phone. The phone was not updated correctly out of the box so my data would not transfer correctly.
They then said they would charge me another 30$ to transfer everything themselves on top of the 930$ I already spent. They acted as if I was an inconvenience and told me they would kick me out of the store if the device they sold me wasn’t set up correctly by the time they were to close. I will be calling corporate to complain. I have been in the store for over 2 hours at this point with a phone that is still not set up correctly.

Do you know what makes a business great? It's not whether they don't have any problems, it's how they respond when something goes wrong. I bought a talk and text plan, no data, and there was a SNAFU. They tried to fix it, found out that all of their plans came with data, so they cheerfully refunded ALL of the money I spent without a single complaint. I'll be taking my business to them when my current plan at their competitor expires. For now, all I can say is that I really respect this company.
