The guy helped me move from T-mobile to Verizon and get a new IPhone set up. He was easy to talk to. One issue was that he first promised that the IPhone 14 would be free with the plan, but then an hour later I would need to pay $6 each month for however the plan is (36 months). Around $150+ difference lol. Not sure if it was specifically a miss on his part, but it's something that I've seen with big companies bait-and-switch before so not sure if it's something people are taught to do. I am not really surprised something like this happened
