Perfection, professional, friendly staff readily available to meet your needs in a timely manner!! Love this place. Pharmacy is fast, accurate, and top notch professionalism!! Well stocked shelves and supplies are neatly presentable to walk -in and get what you need when you need it!!

You guys have a sign that says to be kind and refrain from disrespectful behavior. I was being respectful and asked a question and Shella snapped at me telling me to “look around” as if it’s my fault they were under staffed. I get comments all the time about how I have 2 separate accounts as if it’s my fault that I do, I don’t create the accounts. Treat people how you would like to be treated.

Calling this pharmacy can be, and more often than not is, a complete disaster….you get put on hold multiple times (totally fine) but often end up getting disconnected after waiting up to 20-30 minutes for someone to pick your call back up….then you have to go through the entire call process again, sometimes multiple times….i totally understand that they are VERY busy and tending to other customers at the same time, but there’s gotta be a better way! And maybe a little more diligence/staff communication. 🤷♀️ VERY frustrating and extremely time consuming.

SIX CARS waited in line for almost an entire hour at the drive thru! So I go inside to check if its shorter inside and there is literally only two people in line! So i got back outside and wait figuring it wont take much longer, well i eventually get up to the window and they say its going to take 45 mins to fill them, YOU HAD 45mins to fill them while you had us sitting in the drive thru, or how about the FIVE HOURS YOU HAD AFTER MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT!
The meds im picking up are for a serious and PAINFUL Infection, and they could care less.
Not to mention they all have this “im better than you” attitude, and could careless about any of their patients!

For 3 weeks, this pharmacy didn't notify me that my medication was ready. Instead, the brunette high roads me, saying the pharmacy only holds prescriptions for 10 days when I ask, "Why didn't they contact me?"Like other reviewers mentioned, they don't answer their phones. I switched to Walmart after the rude brunette wearing grey scrubs snubbed me.

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy in Humboldt County. They never answer the phone, (hold times are 30-45 min then they disconnect you on “accident”) they have inept staff who don’t know how to bill insurance properly, I’ve been waiting 3 months for my blood glucose monitor. The pharmacists don’t communicate and can’t even figure out what is happening. Never go there.

I made a vaccine appointment and when I arrived the pharmacy kiosk was shut. I had to bang on the shutter repeatedly. Finally I was told dismissively that their online scheduler app "makes mistakes" and they wouldn't do my vaccine.

I really wish there was a zero star. If you need your prescription filled. Please, please avoid this pharmacy. I cannot fully speak for the rest of the store; however, the pharmacy department is the worst thing to ever deal with. They continuously mess everything up. They have caused me to go weeks and days at a time without my medication. I've been on The phone all day with nurses at my doctor's office between them giving me my prescriptions. Along with the RN personally calling them. They lied about us giving them the wrong names. My doctor's office is feed up with them as well and once they decided to properly communicate with the RN they start sending me notifications claiming insurance issues and not being able to do anything. Im so disgusted with these people working here. Not to mention if you go in side you get a free show to them fighting and yelling at each other. I've been on hold for an hour just to talk to the person in charge. This is just cannot. It's ridiculous and to the point you want to actually go show your a$$.
