This is a superlative place for large meetings, memorials and dances. It is also a top spot for sipping a cup of to-go joe from a local mudhole, or eating a quick bite from a nearby quick-bite flinger. Excellent view, and VERY friendly B1RDs.

I've been to many events over the years here and I've enjoyed every single one, as an ocean lover this locale is simply magical especially for connecting and making new memories. Beautiful space.
