Did not call me back for my original appointment which I was forced to reschedule, poor communication between technician and front office, and did not receive the referral discount from Premier Oil. One star except for the fact they offered a free diagnosis and were cordial enough (which I was thankful for) but called and said they were unable to get to/replace my oil filter housing without concern of breaking things or destroying screws and that it would be additional costs for their troubles. I declined as I did not want any additional damage to the vehicle or charges as they did not seem confident in the job, yet when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they had already destroyed one of my bolts without repairs being made and when putting the vehicle back together, my minor oil leak (a drip every once in awhile) has increased significantly. I still was charged for labor and was told they were not responsible for the broken bolt. Left feeling like an idiot for spending for labor for them to damage the vehicle further and unable to fix the issue without up charges and more risk to the vehicle.

The owner is very unorganized and has a serious problem with communication to customers, he is untrustworthy and be careful because he may try and put his hands on you or yell at you because of his own miscommunication.I know first hand. This is the last place you wanna go trust me anywhere else would be a better choice.

So this place is completely unprofessional and illegitimate the owner is a young kid who isn’t at all professional he took a catalytic converter off a customers car and used it on his own vehicle to pass smog without customers knowledge. Not to mention over priced and very rude.definitely wouldn’t recommend “Williams automotive” if it was the last place on earth. Beware.

After my car broke down, I was freaking out because I couldn't afford to take on a new car payment. After purchasing an entirely new engine, Williams was able to quickly swap the new engine for the old one, and my car has never ran better. They quoted me at the beginning of the process and stood by it, and I couldn't find a better price anywhere else. These guys are lifesavers. If you're having car troubles, you'll be in good hands at Williams Auto. Thanks a million for getting me back on the road.

Trusty auto shop with great hours for a M-F worker. Prices are reasonable and no problems with any work performed on my 2015 Honda Odyssey. Was nice and professional enough to do a quick inspection of my other vehicle as well, even though his lot and garage were full.Front desk manager is very friendly and organized, I recommend this shop and look forward to working more with them in the future, hopefully on some custom projects.

I really wish I read all the reviews before I trusted them with my car. I was desperate trying to find a repair shop so that my son could take his driver's license test with my car. I really felt like the people who work there were so kind and courteous, so this made me trust them immediately. But when miscommunications kept happening, I realized there is something not right. I was told several times my car would be done and that they needed more time, it turned out that the parts never arrived and were not expected to arrive. None of this was communicated to me until I kept calling them by the end of day on a three day extension. Then there was issues reported in the estimate that were not even a problem not to mention that in an attempt to fix my horn, which never got fixed, they messed up my electrical wiring. I wished that they could have had my business but I will never go there again.

To travelers stranded, with car issues near Eureka, CA. My car broke down in Fortuna, CA alternator gone on a 2013 Audi Q7. The people here at Williams help me out with no questions asked. I told them what the issue was and they took care of it.. I was on my way to Crescent City, CA. I dropped of my car on Thursday and picked it up Saturday morning.. remember people parts take a day to arrive.. When I arrived Saturday morning my car was ready to go. Drove from Eureka CA to Long Beach, CA with out any issues. I would recommend this shop 100%. Also try to book a car at Enterprise the people there are helpful.. Thank you Williams. You guys saved my family's vacation trip.

My car was overheating and leaking coolant and the team was able to pin point the issue, order the part and get me back on the road that day. Great option if you live or work in old town Eureka! Pick up and drop off was easy peasy. I will definitely be seeking their help with future issues. Also my speakers had been out for awhile and they were working when I picked the car back up. Bonus points to the crew for that added assist. ?❤️Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Brought my early 80s ford into this shop last week for them to diagnose/ adjust my CARBURETOR. Get a call back a couple hours later saying my plug wires were routed improperly resulting in a miss fire. They claimed the cap and rotor needed to be replaced because of this. They quoted me 700$ to replace plug wires and the cap/ rotor. When I got home I compared my plug wires to the original 1980s manual for the truck only to find they were indeed routed correctly. Also checked the cap and rotor (which I replaced less than 2 years ago) and it looks great. So they claim somethings wrong that is clearly not. They never diagnosed the Carburetor which was the only reason I brought it in. Then want to charge 700 dollars for 60$ in parts and a hour of labor.
