I don’t know who these people put 3.4 5 stars? I made a check IN 2:45 PM now 9:20 pm, the doors have not been given. There are 4 doors and about 30 tracks are waiting. Of the pluses, a big parking where you can spend the night.

Easy to deal with, if u have a problem they will easily work with you . Loading hrs r 7-4pm , strict on the 4pm, don't try to check in at 4:05 it's not going to happen...... they've had a long day as well & want to go home... im always loaded here in a timely matter... tons of room to park or camp overnight...

I wish I could give 0 star rating the lady in the shipping office she is so rude she should be fired immediately.

The lady at check in window is so disrespectful to drivers. Looks like she has kinda mental illness and high BP problems. If someone gives you respect you should give it back. But as said bad apples are everywhere.
