I had my truck at the dealership for 5 weeks! They claimed they couldn't find the part. I had it towed to Exeter Automotive and it was completed the same day at a third of the cost of the dealership.

Fast, Honest, friendly! He is considered Exeter's local repair shop. Anytime I have a question or a problem time or I need my reset button on my car he's the guy.! He always makes time for his customers.

Dave and Mario are obviously good at what they do. They were able to troubleshoot a tricky electrical problem on my truck. They got it back up and running in a few days when other shops in the area couldn’t look at it until the following week. I’m not an expert in electrical issues so it’s hard for me to gauge if they gave me a fair price, but based on the receipt it didn’t seem unreasonable. The only downside in my opinion was the communication. I had to call them for updates and would’ve appreciated getting a cost estimate of the repair beforehand in case it was too expensive. Then again, I have a working truck again so overall I’m happy.

Took my Jeep to Exeter Automotive this morning for the first time. Was hearing troubling noises from the wheel bearings, and they got me in the very next day. They just called and the problem was some debris clogging up the brake pad and they took care of it. That was the good news. Here's the awesome part - there is no charge!! Now I know it took some time to remove the wheel, get to the brakes, and check the rotor so I expect to pay for his time. This independent business and owner are really something special. This will be my "go to" automotive from here on! This is one of the best parts of living in a little town - great service that fosters customer trust and loyalty!

I needed a tool to help me out of a situation. I called around to towing companies and nobody would bring a tool, even for 50-70 dollars. I was only a little down the road from this shop and Dave said I could borrow the tool I needed. There aren't a lot of good people willing to help others left in the world, but I found another few here at this shop. Thanks Dave.
