This is a joke of a shop, the owner is very rude, the vehicle that was trusted for him to repair, was delivered with issues and he was not able to respond for those, when trying to contact him to sort it out, he was rude and unpleasant, please do yourself a favor and don't stop by. Worst shop ever.

I had an awesome experience with First Choice Auto Body Shop. They were super professional, kept me updated, and finished the repairs quicker than expected. My car looks brand new. You can't even tell where it was damaged. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this shop.

My side skirts Broke off on my Camaro. Ordered new ones and had First Choice install them. They always do a great job! 💯
Most of my body work parts have been installed here. Highly recommend 👌

I took my Lexus in for repair and couldn’t be happier. Luis and Jorge are knowledgeable and have an excellent turnaround time. My car was finished as stated.

Had a great experience with First Choice. The work was fantastic and the really went above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repairs. I was referred to Luis by a friend after my shop in Visalia changed ownership and it was the best decision I made. No regrets, VERY highly recommend.

Luis at First Choice is probably the most helpful guy I’ve ever talked to. My Subaru needed some work and he was able to get me in and finished up quick! I won’t hesitate to use them next time. Thank you!

I have been waiting for 4 weeks now for them to get the parts for my car I just need three parts the hood, grill and the glass cover for the head lights . Shouldn't take this long. I don't have a phone now because it won't charge I only have Facebook to communicate with. The lady from my church already put half down so they can order the parts. So what's going on .

They worked on my son's truck. The work was great, the price was reasonable, and the process only took 2 days once they had the part. The customer service was great too, I spoke to Luis each time.

I dropped a part during the summer. I called to get a quote after questioning the amount he became hostile and rude. I went to pick up my part I told him do better in customer service. A person word goes a long way! The guy uses " God bless you" but then curses you out in front of his coworkers and customers. Real good business. The owner needs to put him in anger management and go to church. This guy took it on another level and very personal. I wouldn't recommend them. Take your business somewhere else!!!
