Will not recommend Jack Griggs. Customer service extremely unprofessional. I asked for status of delivery and they can't guarantee when the driver will be available. It's going on 5 days now and no propane. Workers don't care that's been day that you don't have any propane and absolutely no empathy. I commented that other companies have a better pulse on the delivery and she said I could go with some one else. Will be looking for other services.

Avoid at all costs. Was with the for over 4 years. Ended when i called to fill my tank and was told i had late fee of $25 and when i asked they got an attitude. Been sending invoices to old address and stated they had called me. I explained that they have my mobile and never once called me. Asked if they could work on the interest and we can figure out and was told no. Then offered me a gas fill up over 30% higher than another. Canceled service and moved over to Amerigas. Then they picked up about 90 gal of fuel and hit me with multiple charges so in the end they didn't have to refund me and made me still pay $38. If you want a company to overcharge you and then screw you in the end they're your company. Otherwise find a better provider.

I am new to propane and this home. I ran out of fuel made a call to jack Griggs, within 2 hours of me calling Bob showed up and gave me some fuel. This may sound like a lot of time but it was on Sunday December 31, a holiday weekend. Bob was very friendly and professional. He answered all the questions I had. I do recommend them highly!

Be aware there is a 5 gallon minimum they won’t tell you until it’s too late and the tank is already filled and no they won’t let you go get other tanks to meet the minimum. Just need to fill little one gallon tank for the overland setup. Got charged 20 bucks for 0.8 gallons.

I was on KEEP FULL status and they let me run out of propane and then want to charge me over $300 to relight my gas appliances. I highly recommend that you use SOMEONE ELSE!

If 0 stars were an option, that would be there rating. Incredibly unprofessional people and buisness as a whole. We submitted an application months ago for them to fill propane. They took more than 30 days to respond to application and afterwards we kindly told them we received service elsewhere. The following week we were billed $850 for propane that wasn't even put into the tank. The week after that, they pulled into the driveway unauthorized and filled up the propane. We have been in constant communication with the office pleading them to remove the application and any information regarding us and they can manage to even say I'm sorry and that they messed up. Trash a** people

Do NOT ever rent their propane tank. They charge a higher rate per gallon if you rent their tank and they charge much higher annual fee if you don’t fill up the tank regularly. Very bad customer service as well

To whom it may concern:I would like to let you know that Rocio went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to me. I called late on Tuesday asking for immediate assistance in getting gas into my tank, because it was empty. She scheduled a service for the next day and when I got home the following day and realized I had no hot water and my stove was no working, she scheduled an appointment for a tech (James) to come out and get everything to work. I also spoke to Leeann on the phone who was just as helpful. I want to let you know that having people employed who go a ove and beyond for your customer is so important to a business. I just hope Rocio, Leeann and James are shown the appreciation they deserve. Thank you for your time from your customer for life.Respectfully,Akie Alifragis

Rocio made it so easy to get me started for a tank at home in the hot springs. Very professional and respectful besides that the customer service that I was given was above and beyond. My family will definitely be a long time customer.

We reached out to the company in the summer when we moved into our new home. I was given a NEW customer price, but we did not need a fill. I reached out several weeks ago to have our tank filled. The turn around time was over a week before we could be added to the delivery schedule. We were charged THREE TIMES that new customer price quoted and our tank was TURNED OFF. Upon email communication with the company, I was told I wasn't a new customer (it was my first fill), that the price quoted was no longer valid (not stipulate din the email) and that nothing could be done. Paid my bill and will NEVER use them again. Shady, dishonest, and terrible communication practices. AVOID. Such a disappointment.

We have had service from Jack Griggs propane for over 20 years. We have never run out of propane. They have fair pricing and great customer service.
