I’ve serviced my vehicle here only and nowhere else because of the exceptional service and integrity of their service department. Kayleen has always made it right whenever an issue arose, Ford make sure you take care of her! I know being the service manager can’t be easy but she kills it every time! I had a lemon and was back and fourth in the shop and she made sure I had a rental while my lemon vehicle was being repaired for days at a time. 10/10 experience, I’m never doing services anywhere else. I just bought a new Ford and you best believe I’m scheduling my first service here!
