I have a regular lash lady that was unavailable for a fill and my mom had decided to stop getting her lashes done. So, My mom had 2 “credits” of $80 that she offered for me to use. I went for my first appointment one week ago, the lash appointment went well and my lashes looked great. When I went to pay the girls informed me that it would be an extra $35 since I received volume lashes and i was happy to pay. However, by the 5th day I had lost half of my lashes and by the 6th day I had lost most of them. I called to make an appointment to have this fixed the very next day. The receptionist was very nice and said that she would have to call her manager to see what they could do. I told her that I didn’t mind paying, however I wanted to make sure that they were done correctly this time. She informed me that she was able to make me an appointment with a “Master Tech”, no idea what that is and no explanation.
When I arrived the receptionist said that since it had been longer than 4 days that there was nothing they could do. When I went back to see the tech she said that it looked like a lot of my lashes were stuck together and that’s probably why they were falling out. She even went on to explain that she had to remove several more due to this. The tech informed me that my appointment was for 35 minutes but she had to go over by 7. All was good, lashes looked much better. When I went to the front to pay the remaining balance she told me that it would be $85!!!! I was shocked. I asked for an explanation and she said that because I had a “Master Tech” that It was $20 more, $35 for the volume and another $30 because my mother nor I were members.
My biggest problem is, that I called this place to have them rectify their problem. There is no reason why my lashes should have just fallen out in one week. I was not offered a discount which I didn’t even complain about, and was not explained that the master tech I was assigned to you was even going to cost more. If they knew I was a nonmember, then you would think that they would know that I have no idea what “Master Tech” is. $160 for a 35 minute fill on lashes is absolutely ridiculous! Especially giving the fact that it was for them to fix what they did incorrectly! I am absolutely shocked and will never go back! There are way better people out there for way better prices!

I’ve been going to Amazing Lash Studios on Sunrise and Madison in Sacramento for several years now and their services are always very professional and the facility is nice and clean. Today I had my lashes done by Alexis who is pretty new there. Alexis has done my lashes a couple times now and she was great! She’s sweet, kind, knowledgeable and she listens to my needs. I am rough on my lashes and have a hard time keeping them on the full two weeks before the next fill. I don’t know how but she’s been able to have the best retention on my problem areas and I think it’s because she listened to me the first visit with her and remembered the second visit about my problem spots. She even remembered I had been on vacation and ask about it. I appreciate Alexis and the great job she does! Thank you Alexis, see you soon!

Holli is , by far , the best clinician at the Loehmsns Plaza Location ...... i've been a member for a number of years. Each clinician has their own technique. Being as sensitive as I am, I have found the only girl I will go to is Holli, she's smooth, and she doesn't hurt. I'm not happy because she's no longer working on Fridays and I will not be able to see her. This is not her decision. Her management changed her schedule . She's only one I trust. If I'm not able to modify my schedule to see her, I will be forced to cancel my membership. I work a very demanding job and I'm not able to come in on other days. This is a huge disappointment for me . If things don't work out, I will no longer be a member with Amazing lash.. :(

I usually go to the Elk Grove location, but needed an appointment for an upcoming trip. I got my lashes done on a Thursday afternoon, spent 6 hours driving in a car and my lashes look terrible. I got “classic, hybrid, sexy” lashes done by a master stylist and when I left I was very satisfied. By the time I got to my destination, nearly all of my lashes were gone. There is no reason my lashes should look this sparse literally less than 24hrs after my appointment.
Monday update: all of the lashes are literally gone. I know it must’ve been an application error because when the lashes came off, my natural lashes were not attached. Meaning barely any glue was used and they were not bonded or sealed correctly. Giant waste of time and money.

So unhappy I paid extra for a master applier. She put a few long ones in the center and the edges have nothing! They have already started falling off after 4 days. To top it off I cannot cancel until my first month is paid! Never again going to Amazing Lash! My lashes look nothing like all the pictures on their website. Don't be fooled!

I went in today with low expectations due to other reviews but I was extremely happy with my visit. The place is clean and private and the staff were all friendly. My stylist was Ashley (..If i remember correctly lol) and she made me feel so comfortable. She worked faster than I expected and made my lashes look EXACTLY how I wanted them. Super happy definitely will be coming back for a lash lift.

Showed up for my 1st appointment and after filling out all the forms they tell me the stylist isn’t available. The girl at the front was extremely rude acting like I should deal with it. I asked her to send me an appointment cancellation on their end so I could have proof I showed up not to get charged. She was not very resourceful and acted like that was a difficult thing to do. She wrote me a handwritten note saying I wouldn’t be charged.
I was nice and calm. Now I understand all the bad reviews.
On a side note, it was my birthday present to myself. Total waste of time and gas.
Unless they offer me a free service after this ordeal (considering they would have charged me had I been a no show or absurdly late). I won’t be back.
This company needs to own their mistakes.

Some what new to Amazing Lash Studio. Have seen a few different techs. Lindsey is hands down the best. Front desk ladies are always so polite. I came in today for a full set at 9am. My tech finished a little after 11am. My bottom lashes were all glued to my top lashes and i had to pull out lashes attached to my bottom lash line. If i could rate today’s apt as a negative star i would. Would rather have no lashes on than the mess i left with today. It’s unfortunate because I truly loved all my previous experiences.

if i could give them minus 5 or warn all the poor customers who are going to be their next victim. I am currently filing a claim to take them to court but let me share with you briefly my experience. Let me start by saying that my real name is Iryna K. I want to be fully transparent with you and I want to stand by every word I say here. I took nickname Alison 20 years ago one I was believing in conspiracy that you're not allowed to leave your real name here. Let me start by saying that that place violated my legal rights at least several times by lying and cheating and illegally charging me. They scheduled me for appointment with Ashley, the girl who did my lashes once before, and they fell out three days after. I have to give it to them that they offered me a service to fix it after that. Anyways, I am arriving to my appointment with Ashley and the person at the front desk tells me that I need to take care of the payment upfront, which is a little unusual considering that they only have some certain time frame to do the service. Then Ashley came out... didn't look at me didn't say hi or anything, they both started telling me a completely different information that I was told on the phone... that it will be full set instead of fill, then Ashley goes "and btw it will be longer that you expected"... every single thing she was telling me it was like she didn't wanna take me and have been making an excuse not to take me. After I said yes it's fine she goes " and by the way I won't be able to give you a full set. I'm gonna put less lashes on you because we already spent 13 minutes to talk about it" even though they are the one who told me that they need to talk to me... at this point it was obvious that she was making any excuse not to take me. And after they told me that I have to pay $200 for the full set and that she won't be able to put as much lashes on me for that price, I told them that I want to cancel my membership, because I'm tired to pay $400 a month to have my lashes done. Then I asked them if I am within my rights cancel a membership without getting charged, because it was five days before they would've charged me for my membership, they said yes, but they will charge me a no-show fee. I told them that I don't think it's fair (because I did my part and showed up, and they are the one who were acting weird and did not want to take me) and that I want to talk to the manager, she said it's OK just sign the disclosure that you canceling and we will take care of that. I left and the next day they charge me the full price for the service and the cancellation fee... you guys, LIKE $200 for no reason, the charge that I did not give my permission to authorize, the church they told me I won't be charged. And let me remind you not only I did not get service, I canceled five days prior and I've been told that it won't happen. When I tried to call them, my number was blocked. I drove to the office to talk to the manager, manager who introduced herself as Marisa, was hostile and aggressive towards me. She told me that I gave my permission to pull my membership early, which I never did. She told me that I was late by 20 minutes, I was not. She was so unreasonable didn't even wanna hear my side of the story. Then she said that she can pull the video footage of me talking to the front desk, which i encouraged her to do so, but let me remind you that it's highly illegal to record people's conversations without their permission. When I ask her to give me my money back for the illegal charges, she said that it's up to an owner and owner is away. Towards the end, she told me that she won't do it and she will call security if I won't leave. This is the craziest experience I had in cosmetology customer service. I already left a complaint with a cosmetology board and I will proceed filing a court case. But let me tell you this, lately I have met so many people who had the same experience with them. I actuall

The customer service or satisfaction is a very low priority for this business. My most recent experience was the worst experience. I had a 30-minute appointment to have my lashes adjusted due to the fact there was huge fall out within 3 days of my regular fill. Mind you my lashes were done by "master" stylist, Taylor. I was told by Taylor, that I had too much fall out and she did not have time, nor want to stress herself out, therefore would be giving me to a "junior" stylist whom I was not familiar with. The last time I was given a "junior" stylist at this establishment, she glued my eyelashes to my eyelid and caused significant breakage of my natural lashes. The Manager Marissa is not helpful and is rude. These people are crooks. They will happily take your money but fall extremely short in delivering an acceptable service.
