The broad that i talked to upon trading in my old phone wouldn't let me check my device and lied stating that the device frozed up on the start up screen when it actually was booting up since I factory reset it.. she then refused to let me verify that my contacts were indeed removed off the Sim and stated that it's at&t property now since u signed the release documents..wutever..YOU guys need to hire honest, professional kids who aren't disrespectful and lazy af..

At&t Sim card 86$ per month🥲
86 x 36 = 3096
Total --1224 + 3096 = 4320 without taxes

Went in today, Adrian helped me. I highly recommend this location. It wasn't too busy when I went in and I was in and out pretty quick. I also want to say I highly recommend Adrian. Very helpful, not pushy, and knowledgeable. My experience was so good I felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. Thanks Adrian!

I got my bill today, a one-time upgrade fee of 35$ and a 6$monthly next up fee, NEVER MENTIONED!!!!
He must have had a bad day. Fortunately, after a half hour on customer service, everything is fixed.
They don't care about the customer or doing a good job. Otherwise, you disclose everything appropriately.
Hopefully, on the next billing cycle, everything is processed and fixed. Otherwise, this isn't acceptable.
This should be a company that provides a quality service, not just unhappy people doing the most to add hidden fees.

The store employee was very helpful, but I went in to pay off my phone so I can unlock it and take it to T-Mobile when I leave AT&T on Saturday. After many years, I am leaving because I was essentially screwed out of over $700 because the phone I exchanged was never received and my account was held hostage until I paid for a phone number for a second phone that was never used or even in my posession. So much for taking care of a loyal customer of many years. Adios AT&T.

Went in to see about switching phone services. I was helped by Raymond who was super informative & welcoming. Im glad I decided to come in & switch services! Nice clean store & great shopping center. Definitely recommend coming here. 10/10 ! Excellent customer service !

Not many people enjoy getting a new cell phone. I would compare it to getting a root canal, it’s painful and takes a long time. I went to a different store than I usually frequent to upgrade my iPhone. Jared was awesome. Not only did he give great customer service, but it was probably the fastest I’ve ever gotten a new cell phone in the 20+ years I’ve been an AT&T customer. I highly recommend going to see Jared if you need a new phone. Thank you for making it painless for me today.

Do not go here for Help or Service..they are NOT a Corporate store and cannot help with changes or add ons. We needed help adding an apple watch and changing our family plan. We made an appt using the ATT app with this store, went there, and were told (insert employee's eyeroll at our stupidness here) they did not take appts, could not help us with our needs and that they are NOT a corporate store, they are a reseller. If you need the type of help I described, do not go there.
