She educated me (in layman’s terms) about the benefits & drawbacks to starting a 1031 Exchange vs paying taxes on my profit, thereby liquifying funds. “I paid to have my taxes done in 2021 before I moved out of the country. They have been doing my taxes for several years. I just found out by the franchise tax board that my taxes were never filed. I have tried calling a number of times and left messages but do not get a response. Really disappointing.
Update: I finally did get ahold of Capital Tax. The owner was not well and was not available to process my taxes. Fortunately he is better and my 2021 taxes are now being processed. Thank you for the response and for getting my taxes done.”
