“Woke up Christmas Eve morning to find the rear window of my pickup shattered. And we’re in the middle of a storm. Called around a half dozen repair shop trying to get it fixed, but no one could touch it till the following week. Then I called Quality Auto Glass. Not only did they get me right in, but had the window replaced with OEM parts and had it done in just a few hours. And as I said, this was on Christmas Eve. And the customer service was fantastic. Great work, in a quick time, and wonderful customer service. What more could you ask for on a holiday? I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repairs.”

“Was recommended this place by a friend and glad I went. Needed to replace my front windshield and recalibrated, was quoted much cheaper price of 650 compared to 900+ from other locations. Job was completed within a few hours without issue. One of the workers Nash noticed my bumper damage and gave me tips on how to self fix, ended up repairing it myself spending just under $80 which would’ve spent much more taking it to an auto body shop. Will be my go to location with the pricing, work and help I received for any future windshield repair!”
“I called Mark, got a very reasonable quote for replacing the cracked windshield on my Mini Countryman, and scheduled an appointment for mobile service to come to my work place at lunchtime for the following day. Oleg showed up on time, replaced my windshield and left no trace in the parking lot. I paid via cash app and he was gone with 10 minutes to spare of my 1 hour lunch break. Very professional and quality service. Highly recommend!”

“Today I was on my way to Les Schwab on Fulton to fix a nail in my tire unfortunately on my way there I lost all pressure and had to pull off into the Caliber lot. I was stressed to say the least and needed to get my spare on to make it the one more block to Les Schwab. I was out of my depth to try to change the tire and walked in to Caliber to see if anyone could possibly help me. Thankfully I was greeted by Nick and he jumped into action. He was extremely helpful and changed my tire for me even knowing it was pulling him away from his own work and I had to business to bring them. I will forever be grateful for his kind help and will always remember this location should I ever need work done in the future.”

“Came in for a cracked windshield on my 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. Called ahead for an out-the-door quote and it was lower than what I saw from a few other places.
I asked if I could work from their lobby while they handled it and they were cool with it. Got the WiFi when I arrived and just worked off my laptop the whole time.
Took about 3 hours like they said. Everything came out clean and no issues afterward.
I actually sent a photo to a friend who owns a windshield shop in another state and he was impressed with the quality for the price. Said it probably comes down to the volume they handle.
Overall just a smooth experience. Would come back if I needed anything again.”

“First let me say scheduling and communication were very easy. I used Auto Glass Now mobile service and I had to change my location at the end of the day for a next day morning appointment. They accommodated the change and again were very easy to work with.
The tech communicated when he was on his way, arrived and went over the chip repair with me and did a very nice job. Minimal involvement on my part and excellent customer service.
