I received a check from a client that was written on a Chase bank account for 5k. I went in to cash it, and they said the amount was too high and I would need a cashiers check instead. Keep in mind that Bank of Aubun and Umqua Bank have both cashed checks with this amount. Chase sucks, I thought they were a large bank. Apparently, they are too big for their own good.

Extremely rude people working here. Will mess up your account and clearly don’t know what they are doing. Horrible customer service. Will be going to a different location from now on even though it’s farther.

Quite literally the worst chase branch I have ever been to. The people mess up inside, and the machines outside are no different. Waste of time.

Part 3 I finally received my money from Chase Bank 9 days later. It was not mailed priority or express as I was told. After 9 days 6 Lyft rides, multiple phone calls and countless hours on the phone I am moving on and putting this horrible experience behind me. I have lost many nights sleep, my credit has been damaged because I couldn't pay my bills and the stress has physically made me sick. I don't understand why any of this had to happen. Someone dropped the ball and didn't have the courage or decency to make it right. Karma is a bitch!

I've only been in a couple times, but there wasn't a huge line, staff was friendly and informative. And the gentleman who helped me to open an account was thorough, and patient. I would recommend Chase Bank to my friends and family.

They only had one person working as cashier while the line was past the door. Great customer service but really need into hiring more employees.
