Worst service in my life. My prescription was supposed to be ready at 5pm yesterday when I got out of the hospital.. I went to the drive through at 7pm and she said it was still not ready to come back in an hour.Here I am at 12pm the next day still with no medicine..and no way to actually SPEAK TO SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE - THEY JUST KEEP SENDING ME TO VOICEMAIL.WORST SERVICE EVER ??

To the guy who has worked at CVS to long putting merchandise back on the shelves overnight.Some people say no when they are asked if they want a bag. Having only PURCHASED 3 items I kindly turned this offer down. So shouting Dude don't come back to my store as I'm nearly in my car was a bit uncalledfor to say the least.Afterwards you walked towards the cashier and it looked like you were seeking clarification on your ignorant assumption which you would have gotten. So instead of an apology you decide to hide away for at least the next 15 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would. Most disgusting and dirty store. Trash all over the ground, walls black and dirty, bathroom was gross. Scheduled a flu vaccine and 1pm and at 1:20pm I was still waiting, was told a few people were ahead of me. Never will go back.

Truly the worst experience ever at a pharmacy.....The Check in Clerk told me that my retired Military ID wasn't valid and didn't cover medication. Telling her she was wrong prompted her to tell me that I didn't understand... WoW !!! ,,,after this using the ID card for the past 45 years of retirement, I was told that I was wrong and didn't understand... BTW,,,,, the military ID is very valid once she discovered how to input it manually. The whole ordeal lasted almost two hours before she resolved the problem and I got my medication ... She was bound and determined that I didn't understand, but in the end of the problem was resolved with a couple of phone calls. The place was in utter chaos and customers were backed up because of the inefficiency. I'm sure this had something to do with her rudeness....In the end I finally got my medication, but never again until CVS clears up this mess and thinks about the customers first ....I got the feeling that I was supposed to leave and not get my medication until I resolved the problem. Repeatedly telling a customer "You don't understand" isn't a winning tactic. We do understand... We're not stupid and don't need to be talked down to... Just listen to us... Thank youEd C

Scheduled for vaccine and traveled 30mins. They had no vaccine and WERE STILL SCHEDULING SAME DAY. Done with CVS as they can't be trusted.

Wow, this 24 hour pharmacy was amazing. They were busy but everyone was kind, pleasant, and definitely went over and beyond. Today is a holiday also and I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to even get the medications prescribed. Well not only did I, service was super fast. I want to say thank you to all staff on board today.

I love this pharmacy! I switched to this CVS location after staying with another location for almost 6 years. I switched because every pharmacist and employee I have met is excellent, kind and helpful. Service is fast, efficient, hours are great, drive-through is quick/convenient, scripts are always accurate and if you choose? There is plenty of parking. I could not be happier, and I no longer dread going to the pharmacy! TEN stars for this CVS. I have lived in 8 states and have always used CVS. First time I have ever written a review, because this is a store fully deserving of a GREAT review!

10 days ago I presented my medication bottle to CVS as a transfer from Walgreens. They were unable to fill it that day. So given waiting time I finally received a text last night upon my arrival this morning I am informed that the script has been returned to stock. How the does that happen in less than 24 hours. CVS customer care has not gotten any better

Staff members all give conflicting info on medications and policies. Super frustrating when not even the pharm manager gives accurate info and is contradicted by a pharmacist. Gave me inaccurate info that I passed on to my daughter's physician regarding what he needed to do so basically waisted not just my time by a physicians time as well. The only reason I go here is it seems to be the only pharmacy that consistently has her medication in stock monthly. Seems they have only partial quantity available for some reason the last few times which makes it really inconvenient with a C2. They state that corp does their ordering so someone needs to communicate their stock better with corporate it seems.

Drove through today for a COVID test. I want to say the person that assisted may have been new but not sure. It took almost 20 minutes just to pull up my information and type in the information. I could hardly hear the person speaking in the mic. I felt so bad holding up the line for customers that were picking up prescriptions and felt the pressure to take my test quickly.

Absolutely horrible service. Drove far out of the way because it was the nearest one open. When we got there a guy told us that someone would be right with us and 20 minutes later sitting there no one came to help. The old lady behind us got out of her car to get their attention and when she did a lady came up saying that the guy didn't let anyone know he was leaving from the window. She then told us to come back in an hour which already is irritating as I'm not from the area and in a severe amount of pain. Came back over an hour later and talked to her again when she said unapologetically that it would be probably another 20 minutes (meanwhile it's now almost 10pm at that point). When I pulled back around to the window it was a male whom just handed over medication without checking id at any point. He showed absolutely zero remorse for the horrible customer service. Also how dangerous it is that he just handed over my muscle relaxers to my fiancé without checking either ids. Hope they don't get caught and lose their license There were at least 5 other cars that got into screaming matches with them in the 3 times I was in the drive thru. I get it that they're "busy"or whatever they want to claim; but if you lack human decency and kindness, change careers.
