There is absolutely no longer any option to speak with pharmacy staff — calls are all either routed to a voicemail or sent a text to download the app.

I should be valued as a long term customer. That being said, the new voicemail only option when you call to speak to the pharmacy is not valuing your customers. I could understand the voicemail when closed for lunch or after hours. There are many times I have called and needed to speak to someone at that moment not an hour or so later when they get around to it. That is a very poor way to do business. With all the businesses closing, getting away from the personal connections and making your customers feel valued isn't the way to keep your doors opened.I only stay with CVS because my insurance company only allows 90 day supply prescriptions at CVS and penalizes us if we get long term prescriptions elsewhere for longer than 90 days.CVS needs to do better and get rid of the voicemail only option.

CVS pharmacy on GB and Fairoaks. What a fucking bunch of morons. I've been taking the same heart meds from them for 13 years. I renewed on thier phone system. I waited 4 days and some dumbfuck at the counter said "Sutter Heath doesn't accept phone calls from CVS to renew prescriptions". I spent 1/2 day reaching Sutter and was told that only applies to opioids and pain killers. Not heart meds. I'm 9 days in now with no meds. Clearly a bunch of fucking idiots.

I wish I could give lower. They have messed my prescription 6 times in the last 2 years. I use a controlled substance (not opiates). This week my doc emailed my script on 08/31/2023 - 6:30am. I called 08/31 - "we don't have it" ... 09/01..."it's not here"..09/02 "not here"..... 09/03.. same story... 09/04 I went in with a photo of the confirmation that my doc had to send to me and they mysteriously had it!!! Date 08/31/2023-6:30AM.. I told them they had to backdate it because it cheated e out of5 days of my injection cycle and they said "oh - IT'S A CONTROLLED SUBSTAMCE ..that's not going to happen"......... That place is a ghost town and I don't expect it to be here for long. I talked to the front clerk as I was leaving... asked him about theft.. He laughed and said "you can take whatever you want - LOL" - "I can't do anything about it... U might want to watch for their "GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE" seriously!THANKS CVS - ADIOS..

Ok other than 2 employees at this location care. Everyone else there doesn't care. Why have I shopped here for so long. I'm done I sent a message to my doctor to have my prescriptions moved to Walmart grocery pharmacy. When I check with good rx CVS wanted 145.00 for a non narcotic prescription. But with good rx card it was 28,95 Walmart was ok 9.00 regular price. doesn't have to take a rocket scientist or someone even with a medical degree to understand that shopping at CVS with most of the employees that really don't care about you or your health would overcharge that much. goodbye CVS hello Walmart

I have never had any real issues with this CVS location. It is very convenient for me (less than a mile from where I live). I have never felt discriminated or like I had been treated rudely. The staff I have interacted with (which is mostly the pharmacy staff) have all been polite and professional. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the pharmacy if you happen to go at a busy time but most of the time I go I walk up to the counter. If I'm their buying floor gloss, I use the self check-out, no issues. Store is generally kept looking clean and well lit.

Propane here. Nice staff. Small crew. Small ice cream treat selection. Rockin the candy though. Good spot in your way out the the lake for day supplies in the summer, but not as equipped for year round consistency though. Someone there's gotta bring it to life! Force it to be a part of the community

No wonder this CVS is so low rated. The staff are horrible & need to be trained on customer service. This CVS is trash and so are the employees. :)The guy at the register dark hair kind of rugged hair was not polite at all, extremely rude & made sarcastic comments. First he got mad that I asked for him to grab a scanner from the back because I needed to pick up an online order, he proceeds to give me attitude and angrily walk to the back. He then made comment to his manager or whoever that it would've been easier for me to come in and buy the products instead of doing the pick up order like I'm sorry you made it more difficult for the both of us it shouldn't of been this hard. Like if you hate your job just say that. Extremely dissatisfied & was very irritated at the situation. Also, I used to work for an online order store and it's not rocket science to use the scanner. Lol. It takes a few seconds but nah all I got was attitude & bad breath.

Literally the worst these racist workers started helping a customer BEHIND me and didn't even acknowledge my existence i had to use self checkout just to get my items. Fire whoever that guy is working the register on 2/17/22 this is ridiculous and totally felt disrespected. NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN!

I like the drive thru pharmacy. Nothing special about this place but they are helping vax a lot of people and scheduling Covid testing is pretty easy.
