Tawni was praised for calming a customer down and patiently answering all their questions. The store manager Joseph and his team at store 7553 in Fresno, California also received positive feedback for their exceptional customer service, leading a customer to sign up for the rewards program on the spot. Another employee, Lan, was commended for his polite and efficient assistance despite having many customers. However, one customer had a negative experience with a dark-haired male employee with a beard who lacked personality and customer service skills. The pharmacy was busy & swamped but the staff did their absolute best with the skeleton crew they had ! They worked fast & were diligent despite having bare bones staffing. Especially the tech with the blue hair & twin buns, absolute angel.
