Tawni was praised for calming a customer down and patiently answering all their questions. The store manager Joseph and his team at store 7553 in Fresno, California also received positive feedback for their exceptional customer service, leading a customer to sign up for the rewards program on the spot. Another employee, Lan, was commended for his polite and efficient assistance despite having many customers. However, one customer had a negative experience with a dark-haired male employee with a beard who lacked personality and customer service skills. Overall, the CVS Pharmacy team is described as amazing, handling challenging situations and customers with professionalism.

They do have long lines at the pharmacy drive thru, and sometimes since store. I did get right to the front with very little wait and was able to pick up prescriptions quickly. They have a pretty good selection of makeup.

They went above and beyond beyond when another pharmacy messed up and I ran out of a medication. Absolutely appreciate the pharmacist help ❤️
