T there's nothing I hate more than wasting my gas driving to a place thinking it'll be open even if it's last minute I had 10 minutes to spare I was just going to run in and get balloons and the doors are locked and everybody's pretending like they don't even see you if
you want to close by 10:00 then say you close at 9:30 that way you can be done and be out by 10. I wasted my last bit of gas to get here to get a couple bags of balloons. It is soo annoying

DYLAN IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE. THE OLD LADY COWORKER IS A NASTY PERSON. Went into this dollar tree today and left feeling disgusted. The lady who I assume was the manager was making the nastiest remarks to the poor boy on the register. The manager was a older lady with lighter hair. The boys name was Dylan and he was wonderful at his job. The store was busy and she was on break. The boy at the register asked her one simple question and she made a nasty remark along the lines of " can I go one minute with out you asking me a question god I can't even take a break around here". The man in front of me and I made a look at each other not believing the nasty remark she just said. The man in front of me asked the boy how his day is and he said good but could be better. That's when the manager exclaimed. "Could be worst you could be unemployed!" I audibly gasped and said out loud how insane that statement is. The whole time she was making these nasty remarks to Dylan he remained calm and smiley. He had amazing customer service and knows how to do his job efficiently. I have come to this location many times and he is the first person I've seen with such a smiley personality. I hope Dylan finds a better job who appreciates him more! Its ironic they have posters up saying they are hiring idk who in their right mind would want to work here with that miserable lady!

I love this store. Staff are super friendly even when it's super busy. I have never had a bad experience here and I've been shopping here for years.

Went to get some balloons that we purchased elsewhere inflated with helium, which the corporate website says Dollar Tree stores will do for a fee. An employee began inflating balloons. A manager came out and stopped the employee from inflating balloons, midway through inflating one, and said they won't inflate balloons purchased elsewhere. The one star is for the employee who tried to be helpful. The manager is a complete Zero.
