the Policy on the statement refers to return items not orders placed and cancelled. Again, I was not informed of restocking policy. The business has taught me not to place any orders by phone or pay in advance prior to item being delivered

My only interaction with Vanessa was over the phone, but she was a wealth of information. HealthQuest is an authorized dealer for Flexabed, an adjustable bed that is unusual in that can be raised from low to high, similar to a hospital bed but more for home use and decor. Vanessa was great about answering questions, even contacting the company to get more specific information. The other Yelp reviews are spot on - this is the place to go if you want a wide selection of medical products, medical expertise, helpful information, and outstanding, personable customer service. If I lived closer to Fair Oaks, it would be the only place I would shop for medical supplies.

I was in need of a ride on scooter so I could attend my sons graduation. Health quest was wonderful and had the right scooter that I need. I would not have been able to get down to the football field for the graduation if I didn't have the ride on scooter what a life saver and I was able to enjoy the graduation without my legs hurting. Customer service was wonder helpful Vanessa was the best. If you need to rent a ride on scooter or any other scooter go to Health Quest!

Healthquest is a fantastic store! It is family run and the owners are wonderful people. They have a huge variety of products and if they don't have what you need they will figure it out for you. Seriously recommend Healthquest for your medical supply needs :)

Due to supply chain issues I had a very hard time finding the appropriate crutches for my height after I sprained my ankle. Vanessa was the one who helped me and I can't say enough good things about the amazing customer service she provided! I ordered from them online & picked the crutches up in store and she insisted on carrying them out for me.

After contacting over eight medical supply companies, Health Quest was the only one who could answer my questions regarding wrist splints and thumb braces. They have a wide selection of medical equipment and the staff person was very professional and knowledgeable.

The store itself is large, clean and well-stocked but even more importantly, Vanessa goes out of her way to be helpful. She took such care to find the exact medical tape and gauze pads I needed and then selling me just the amount I needed of both. I spent way less than I would have at a big drug store chain for a much better suited product. Outstanding personal service!

amazing!!! not only is this business clean and well stocked, but vanessa is extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful!!! she strictly adhered to covid rules. and made us feel comfortable and welcome!!! i'm soooo grateful we found exactly what i needed, vanessa patiently showed my husband and i how the upwalker works. we drove a very long way to shop at her place of business, it was worth every mile we drove and more . i highly recommend this business.

Website says their open and they are clearly closed. Make sure you call before you visit store as their information is unreliable online. Closed Saturdays and Sundays.
