I am giving two stars. The people there have been friendly and helpful. The problem seems to be in the IT dept or back office. The bill paying system online is very flawed. It is not at all reliable. I have been unable to get my bills online and when paying a bill on line there seems to be no electronic transfer and the payment takes two days for local accounts. If you use the bank make your payments directly to your credit cards or accounts. I had one bill that was paid late. I have now switched all my bills to direct payment cutting the bank out of the loop. Example I had the bank pay my Citi card on 7 Dec 2022. It showed it would be delivered in two days .......it is 1PM and Citi has not received the payment. Also Mobil check deposit is not allowed for 3 months. I am not a happy camper!

HCCU has been kind to me and my family for many years! Good service, low rates, and we have nice interest earning accounts. Big kudos to the staff here for always being so positive and helpful.

I love this place you get the small town bank greeting and don't feel rush. The tellers and staff are amazing. Yes the bigger banks have more atms however with the COOP symbol you can remove money from any credit unit ATM without a charge.

Teller named Cameron and the boss lady who Always sits at her desk pretending that she's busy weren't very helpful during my visit. Waited for a good 5 minutes in line and there were only 3 of us. Cameron needs more training and he seemed Annoyed at the time. Staffs weren't very friendly. I wouldn't go to this location at all.

Your call center is horrible , they all sound annoyed and lost and the person who recorded the IVR with the "I'm sorry blah blah high call volumes" is annoying AF! You know they have professionals that record those messages right? Invest in you. We deserve better support.

I switched banks from Wells Fargo to heritage. I love credit unions and never have problems with them. I will never go back. Thanks to Heritage for giving me a chance and allowing me to experience the great service I have since joining back at the end of May 2021. I'm thankful my parents recommended me to them. I'm definitely a happy customer.

Worst experience ever. Trying to sell a travel trailer to one of your members this credit union ask for something from DMV and i go and get it then they need something else and then they need something else. I am a retired F&I manager never in my life have seen how this credit union cant get all the information at one time, i feel bad for the people that r trying to purchase this trailer. FYI hire a f&i professional that knows what DMV regs. r for to make a loan packet the right way.

Hey Heritage, why are you not going anything for your customers/car loan holders during these troubles times, my wife just got off the phone with your customer service, you said "We are not doing anything for anyone at this time." That is not ok!

Valerie is super awesome! Been having problems with another bank so I walked in spontaneously to open an account here. She was fast and efficient and was able to tell me about other services available to me like car insurance. She's followed up with me numerous times to make sure my experience is going well, and it is. She definitely knows customer service and then some as she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy. So happy to be back with a credit union!

Shout out for super customer service to Anna during the hectic Friday-After-Work-Rush. Although I had several banking concerns, she was able to get thru all of them with expertise and a great smile.
