I love the food, but the service at Jack in the Box has gotten terrible. If you don't order online you miss out on the deals. We went through the drive through tonight and asked about the 2 Tacos for 99cents and were told there was no sale. We ordered other items and drove round to the window. The employee came to the window and gave us our drinks and took my credit card to pay for the order. She closed the window and walked away. She did not return my card. We waited a significant amount of time and they still did not return my card. The employee went to the cash register at the counter and took another customer's order. We tapped the car horn and waved for her to come to the car and she refused. We waited some more and she still did not come back to the drive through window. Finally I went inside the store and asked where my credit card was and her manager came out from the back and said she had just given it to my husband in the car. I told her it was not acceptable to hold on to a credit card that long and she told me she had instructed her employees to hold the card and set it on the window sill until the order was ready for the customer. All drive through stores take your card, run it and hand it right back. I have never had my credit card taken away from me and have it put somewhere I can not see. This is the way fraud happens to customers. I will be calling the corporate office in the morning.

Creepy, full of homeless people. But most places are nowadays so it's not their fault.Parking: Tons of parking, just don't leave anything in your car or the homeless zombies will break your window and steal it.

My$50 order came out wrong. Tried to order the new ANGRY monster 2 tacos for $3 red tacos. Saw it on commercial and came straight away with my husband to fix our craving. Well, the new red angry tacos were not in the bag! So we had to pull from the drive through into the front and go in and wait for them to be made while they hand out some to the drive through customers behind us.long story short, the manager insisted that my husband made the mistake when he ordered it. But yet she says'"your husband (pointing at her head) is better than you." I was extremely offended. This is my new local Jack in the box. I asked the manager to get me in touch on the phone or email with the owner and she ignored me. Would only talk to my husband, as if it would bother me or something idk. It was terrible. Never going to this location again. They lost good high paying munchie customers. No one deserves to have their mental or cognitive state made fun of even when just ordering some fast food. They accidentally gave me a bunch of regular tacos more than I ordered and they took all those away to. They didn't forget to get those back. I would've been pretty happy if they just left me with all those extra tacos and sent me on my merry way. I called corporate and got my money back, plus some(:

Drive thru after closing lobby is very bad service.No respect for customers.Food is bad packing.Long drive thru almost 12 customers a head are waiting.Management need to focus on employees skills how to provide customer service.Don't go there.

What I'm the absolute efffff is going on?!?!!U have one job is it really that difficult?!?! I ask for extra marinara sauce for my variety mini munchie. I GET ZERO!!!! Instead I was given ranch what food is not gonna do me when I'm eating mozzarella sticks that are supposed to come with marinara sauce?!??I asked for taco sauce for my two tacos. I'm given one taco sauce what the hell ?!?I asked for ketchup for the fries that are in my mini munchy. I'm giving one packet of ketchup. Hey Jack-in-the-Box, if you're gonna be that f****** cheap, don't charge people so much for food !!!! and what's the point of even asking the customer if you'd like any sauce if you're not going to give it to them!!! And yet you want to pay these workers $15 an hour $20 an hour for entry-level work that they can't even get right most ridiculous effing thing I've ever heard of...The only saving grace about this was, at least the workers were polite, common sense and the ability to follow directions just didn't kick in yet...

Cynthia I'm guessing the lead who works on Monday shift today at 340 pm she baged my food Even tho we came inside to eat inside then proceeded to tell me yes there's forks in the bag come to find none! I was then told I don't know who she is! like yeah, I thought u were man/lady who was going to provide decent service boy was I wrong.
