I don’t enjoy getting my oil changed but Jiffy Lube makes it quick and easy. The employees are always courteous and friendly and will take the time to answer all my questions. I’ve always had positive experiences at the Jiffy Lube in Fair Oaks and leave feeling good that my vehicle has been properly serviced.

I went in there to get coolant and the service advisor noticed a burning smell and put my car up on the rack and found that a plastic bag was caught in my exhaust. The service people removed the bag. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I was so impressed they took the time to check out my car. If I could have tipped them I would have. I am going to drop off cookies to them next week!!!!
