We would like to share about the excellent customer service we received from Chai. We had been shopping online for lamps and then decided to visit the Sunrise store. Chai was very friendly and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I really liked his 'no pressure' approach. Its refreshing to meet a salesperson who puts the needs of customers first. We weren't ready to buy, but we had the information we needed. Today, Chai called us and let us know our lamps were on sale! Thanks to Chai we saved almost $500 on our lamps today. We are extremely pleased and will tell our friends to check out Lamps Plus!

I'm decorating a new house so I shop all the homes stores, especially online. Lamps Plus show room is gorgeous and absolutely chocked full of inventory. I think the pricing is competitive. Their shipping is faster than anyone else. They have this part down and it makes me wonder why others can't do as well. Customer service is excellent in store and by phone. They also lived up to their price match guarantee and I got over $200 refund on my bar stools.

Lori (Lamps Plus) is the absolute best. She was with me from start to finish for the remodel of my 4000 square-foot home. I gave her my ideas and she came up with incredible options for lighting, smart fans and bathroom fixtures. The house looks great and I owe it all to her.

Worse customer service in this store. I bought my chandelier from this store. They sales women order the wrong rods. I hired installers from Facebook. I had to pay them 1000$ to install it. They came and find out it has the wrong parts. I still had to pay the installers since they rented the equipment. I called the same locations 3 days. Tom and Catherine the managers were unprofessional. They were supposed to pay me 150$ that they never did. I just let it go I didn’t want waste my time and energy. I will never shop in this store again. And I Will definitely talk about it in my podcast to aware people.

My visit was a zero star I drive 1 hour and 23 minutes to go pick up a lamp to match my other lamp. I love lamps plus lamps and have bought many items from lamps plus in concord as well as this store in fair oats. After my long drive I ran into the store ready to buy and asked can I use the restroom as I was doing the pee pee dance, Kathryn Rasmussen, the manager is cold very serious looking and doesn't have an ounce of empathy. I was meet with regulations of why I couldn't use the bathroom because it was not handicap regulated. I'm thinking first of all I don't need a handicap bathroom and why can the employee use it and not the buying customers. Well, I sarcastically said, I just go on your carpet and she just the coldest human being I have encountered and said if she lets me use the bathroom, she would have to do it for everyone else and that she can lose her job. They should have a post signed in front of their window no bathroom available to customers! I looked at her and said really look around you who going to come and enforce this . I'm so over regulations, we are on this planet for such a short time and than we gone, what matters most is how we treat people when we encounter them. I let her know I'm never coming back to fair oaks store not worth my drive. On a positive note Chaisaephan sales person rung me up and put my lamp in the car so I can go find a restroom in town.

My wife and I just left Lamps Plus in Fair Oaks, CA where we met and worked with Lori Will for fans and lighting for a home we are remodeling. Lori was an absolute professional who knew her products and was able to quickly focus in on our style and make appropriate recommendations. We enjoyed our visit and ended up buying several lighting fixtures and 5 fans. We have more to go as we move through our home and we will definitely go see Lori again- with pleasure. The best customer service! I made an online purchase of a fan. The fan wasn’t functioning as expected. Not sure what to do, I went in and spoke with Thomas and Chris. They gave me assurance they would be able to help me, told me what I needed to do in regard to getting an approved return for an online item to a store. They also helped me shop for a fan which would function properly in my setting. I was able to return my online purchase and get refunded, as well as pick out a new fan that is being shipped to my house because it wasn’t in stock. They bent over backward to help me and make sure I was treated as a valued customer!

They gave me a bracket for free! I gave up on finding a bracket which was an uncommon length and they had a spare one in the back. So appreciate!
