“Very clean. I love that I could pay with my debit card on the SpeedQueen app. It was so seemless to scan the QR code! The wash/dry choices on the app were immediately set on the machine. The app also tells you how many minutes remaining, so you don't have to go 'check the machine'. Convenient!
You can still use quarters, and there is a change machine. There is detergent & softener and all that stuff in a vending machine. Snacks, too. Big TV on the wall. Lots of seating options, big (nice) benches, tables, counter height table, too. On 3/15/24, my "2-load" wash, which is about the size of a large capacity residential top loader (so not really 2-loads for most people), it was $4.50 for a normal warm wash, cold rinse. The 8 load machine starts at $8.50 for a cold wash. I pay $9 for a warm "ultra" wash. The ultra wash is indeed a better wash than the standard. I tried them both on the same load on different trios. The ultra load was noticeably brighter.
Additional rinse was not an option.
Commercial front loading washers are superior at cleaning than a residential washer.
Drying is very reasonable, I paid $1.00, just one, for 35 minutes of dry time. Each increment is .25 cents. But commercial dryers are so much better. The load I had usually takes 70 minutes at home, and it was done in 30 in the commercial dryer. Very efficient. And very large tables to fold on, at just the right height. Lots of space!”

“Despite the outside being run down and there is a lot of vagrants to be wary of regardless of all that, this place is quite modern & up to date.
You can use quarters or they have the option to use laundry cards. A simple system where you can put money into the card and you get $ money back for every certain amount you spend.
I love that they have both options. The place is clean inside. It’s usually quiet and peaceful for the most part. You do get the occasional rowdy kids and parents who won’t do anything about it, but thats normal everywhere. I just wish there were more comfortable seats as it gets busy sometimes. And the sink never seems to work :/”

“Do I love do laundry? No. But this place makes it a little less of a chore. Wash machine of different sizes for those different size loads. Plenty of dryers where you can select the minutes for your drying. Enough carts where even a busy day everyone has one. Nice to have vending machines for laundry soaps and softeners. I bring my own but that one day I forgot, I appreciate them.

“Awesome place! Drop off was easy and quick, I was told the price and asked if i would like to pay now or later. I opted for later, and the lady had no issues with that, which made me feel a lot better. Pick-up was just as easy, I had to come early, but my clothes were still done, and I was amazed with the result. The pants I had cleaned I wear almost daily, and they were spotless!”
“Visiting from Chicago for a wedding, the lady was very sweet and was able to do small adjustments on my suit, three days before the wedding, along with cleaning and pressing. I even offered a tip and she refused it. Amazing service and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!”
“A great laundromat!!! They take Apple Pay, which is such a relief to not have to get quarters or cash before going. The staff is so helpful and attentive!! The worker helped pull chairs for my kids to sit and helped me find the next open dryer when they were super busy!! Also really clean, literally saw a worker cleaning and wiping out each machine after they were used, again while being busy. Def recommend!!”

“I really love this laundromat. I travel out of the way to come here. The atmosphere is amazing, and the employees are so helpful. You don’t even have to ask for help, it’s like they knew you had a question. I love that their machines prewash automatically without adding extra money. The dryers go for 32 minutes instead of 14 minutes at a time like other places. Even though it’s cash only, it’s well worth it. Soap doesn’t get stuck in the door, and their machines mix water with your soap ahead of time so that your clothes don’t have soap stuck in them like with other washers. My socks have never been caught in laundry doors here. I love Laundry Garage. I’m so glad my coworker recommended it to me.”
“The man inside was very nice and helpful. Got my clothes dry cleaned right on time and he even went out of his way to sow on a button from my suit that was originally missing. I was literally going to go to another store after and have someone sow one on, but he found an exact match and sowed it on for no extra charge. Beyond grateful for that, so I’d highly recommend this place. Great customer service”

“This review is for the laundry pickup service. My laundry was returned with stains on my brand new button up dress shirt and 3 items that were not mine. (bra, spandex top, and a pair of grey sweat pants. Now I'm wondering if someone has some of my clothes) When I called to see what the protocol was for receiving someone else's clothes and having one of my shirts stained, the owner Michael said to me "I call bullsh!+" (Yes, he cursed at me) Michael did not believe that I was given 3 wrong items or that my brand new dress shirt was stained. (I have no idea why Michael would think that I lied. I am a new customer and have never met him. I have nothing to gain by taking time out of my day to call and ask why I have other people clothes) He gave me an explanation about watching my clothes on video cameras, weighing my clothes and said that he has not made a mistake in 18 months. Michael did not believe that his company gave me someone else's clothes or that my new shirt was stained and then proceeded to curse at me. I was expecting an apology and maybe reimbursement for my dress shirt, but instead I was cursed at by the owner Michael. I have read previous reviews and see that Michael has cursed at other customers in the past and then comes to the reviews to type out an excuse. I am very hurt by the way I was treated and hope no one else has to experience such unkind customer service.”

“I’ve been coming to this laundromat for 7 full months now, twice a month. If there are any issues, they are solved immediately. The only issues I’ve had are with other customers (never the owner or employees). Other customers keep mistaking my laundry for theirs and touch my machines. It helps that the owners and employees are bilingual so that they could deescalate situations. I enjoy doing laundry here. I love the washing machine water pressure, the prices climb with inflation but are worth it here. They keep the place clean, and they’re the only place in this area that takes Apple Pay or Zelle when I don’t have cash on me.”

“Let me tell you this business came through for my family when no one else would. I called 7 different cleaners before contacting hazel cleaners and that's only because I was going off a list. That list is gone, I've found my dry cleaning business. Not only did they do an amazing job cleaning (3) 1980 vintage 49ers starter jackets and making them look brand new, but they had them done in 4 hours. The soonest with all the other cleaners I could get was Wednesday, and that was not in time for the big game tomorrow. I explained my situation and she didn't hesitate to go the extra mile and get the jackets done. I highly recommend hazel cleaners for every and all your dry cleaning needs. Not to mention, they are both extremely nice and professional..thanks again...you did me a huge solid..”
