10/10 with the greeting. The gentlemen who greeted me and helped me when entering was above par. Greeted me with a smile, helped me with questions etc.
8/10 first exam, the lady who did my first exam was quick and easy. Nothing extraordinary. Simply did her job well and efficiently.
8/10 doctor. Dr yang was nice she helped when I asked questions, was patient, and gave me free eyedrops (I’m sure they do with everyone). The only issue with her is I feel like she didn’t even try with my name.. no big deal but a bit rude.
5/10. Destiny, destiny wasn’t rude, but she also wasn’t helpful. I truly do wish I had someone else checking me out. As a broke college student I’m not looking for anything fancy and nice. I’m simply looking for something that’ll get the job done. My prescription itself isn’t expensive. I chose an inexpensive frame, and wanted the most cost efficient blue light lens added. Ms. Destiny put THE MOST EXPENSIVE one first without even letting me know. I would’ve blindly paid 30-50$ more, for something that I DIDNT ASK FOR. And when I tried asking about other lenses she kept her responses short. Unfortunately I gave in and just decided to pay what was on the screen. If you go here and you’re on a budget DO NOT CHDCK OUT WITH DESTINY.

Dear LensCrafters Customer Care,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from your Sunrise & Madison location.
When I called to make an appointment, I simply wanted to confirm whether my insurance would be accepted. The associate who answered, Destiny, refused to look up my information. Instead, she repeatedly asked if I would like to schedule an appointment. When I pressed the issue, she hung up on me.
I called back, and this time I spoke with the manager, Amanda. Unfortunately, the conversation quickly turned unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concern, it became a back-and-forth exchange where I felt dismissed. Ultimately, Amanda suggested that I “look up another LensCrafters and take my business elsewhere.”
This type of service is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and I should not be told to take my business elsewhere when I am simply trying to verify coverage.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, so future customers do not encounter the same treatment.

I was immediately greeted & welcomed into the store. The first person offered me a tray for my frame selections & then set them aside. The representative who then further assisted me, Destiny, was an absolute joy to work with!! She confirmed details at every step to ensure the accuracy of my order all while having enjoyable conversation!! She then reviewed the final order before processing it so I knew it was going to be accurate. All in all from the Dr to Destiny it was an OUTSTANDING interaction. I will definitely be back for my next pair of prescription glasses. Simply the very BEST!! 🤗

My trip to lens crafter was a experience everyone needs when seeking vision problems.
Danyette was very helping on saving me a hansom amount of money by using the lenscrafters sales which was far more than the what my insurance offered. And explaining to me the different types of photo genic lenses that Lens Crafter offered.
For this was my first times getting fitted for glasses and Danyette comforted me through the whole visit.
Thank You Danyette - and Thank You Lens Crafters. I will not hesitate to pass on my experience to my family and friends.
