The hall is praised for being the best place to Bingo in the Sacramento area, with a lower price than elsewhere and regular giveaways of buy ins. Some appreciate the complimentary coffee and goodies at the snack bar, along with food and drinks like sodas. However, recent changes have disappointed some long-time players. They miss the paper games and wish the hall would go back to all paper night, especially on Wednesday. Now, they play a lot of pull tabs and half strips, with only a measly 5 games of paper. One player felt lost the whole night, as the boards showing games were not working, and there were no directions for the pull tab games. Another felt like throwing money out in the parking lot, and a worker told them to ask a neighbor, who also didn’t understand. These players have not been back and may not return unless the hall brings back more paper games.
