Brought the car in for a brake inspection. They showed me my rotors, which I appreciated. Of course I needed work done, but I really appreciate that they didn't hard sell me or add charges. Thanks, everyone!

Midas on Greenback & Fair Oaks did an amazing job servicing my vehicle and working with me regarding the costs of the repairs. They were very caring and attentive and respectful as well.

Paid around $1,500.00 for a 100,000 miles service. In the beginning, the attendant was nice. But that changed when I complained about the fact that in the 2nd day I had to take the car in to complete the service, I was told to come back for the 3rd time next day. Unpleasant experience, perhaps because I am a woman. Just wish the service was well done.
Invoices and receipts do not discriminate labour and parts, just a total. Thus, stating that they were only charging half the labour chaeges is meaningless.
And the waiting room is not cool, and three of the only 4 available chairs are in the afternoon sun.

They listed issues the suggested repair (drive belt replacement, leaking, tie rod excessive play, and more. I had the drive belt replaced by a dealership a month prior to going to Midas, so I went to a 3rd party for an inspection. None of the items listed were bad or as described by Midas. Will never go there again

If I could give this shop a lower review, I would. They're not transparent about their pricing and couldn't provide an explanation when I asked for clarification. They also offered additional services (spark plug replacement) for $700 more than the average price to change them. The guy working at the front desk claimed he didn't work there and works construction (unprofessional).
They also put a sticker with the wrong mileage and follow up information & expect me to go back into the shop for clarification. Who knows if they used the right oil for my car. I don't recommend this place.

I always bring my car to this Midas and I’ve never had a complaint. Michael is always there when I come in and although he’s not the actual technician, he’s so nice and is always educating me on my car and we have great conversations while I wait there. Highly recommend this location! Thanks guys!

Thank you Aaron and Mike for seeing me today. I had my coolant reservoir topped up with solution and now my temperature coolant light won't come on and off anymore. Thankfully there were no leaks per Mike. I also had my rear bumper guard remounted up on the passenger side and now it's all good. Thank you guys again
