“I have taken my precious Angel to Bark Avenue twice......The staff is very kind......an appointment isn't needed for nail trimming.......Kio has trimmed Angels nails on both visits.....she is very nice .......she is patient with Angel and you can see that she loves her job.......I highly recommend Bark Avenue”

“Came here to get a bag of hay to winterize the fetal cathouses my husband and I have in our backyard for the cats we care for. A small, beautifully appointed feed store that had a great selection of premium pet food and supplements, and some pretty awesome looking chicken coops if you are lucky enough to have a yard big enough for chickens! The store is super clean and the young woman who packaged up my small bag of straw was super sweet! I've been driving by this store for many decades and it's super convenient, since it's not that easy to find a true feed store in the area.”
“I had an online pick up order. I didn’t realize a cat teaser rod fell off my cart before I went to my car. I called the store and talked to Wendy. She told to come back to get another one. So, Wendy helped me recovered my missing item. I am grateful for the customer service she provided.”
“I love the idea of coming in to a friendly, clean and tidy place where I can wash my dog. They have been so incredibly patient with me bringing in my black Australian Shepherd rescue pup. The attendants make sure the shampoo conditioner is stocked, the furminator is ready for me!”

“The employees were so welcoming and kind and the store was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a lack of XS dog harnesses and collars. I really wanted to make a purchase on a harness but couldn’t find one that I liked that would fit my puppy. The other reason for a 4 star is for the lack of shopping carts. I saw a high volume of customers here and only 3 carts. I had to keep putting my stuff on the floor to look at the collars and harnesses.”
“I've been trying to find a good cat groomer in the area, and this place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and did a great job with my cat. The price is also one of the more affordable I've been able to find. They got me in one day after I called for an appointment. Long hair cat bath, de-shed, and brush was only $108! No complaints here. I can tell the staff care about the animals they work on. My cat came back so fresh and so clean!!”
“I just got off the phone and it's Saturday so please call them, they're open Wednesday thru Saturday 10 AM till 7 PM. For just nails you don't need an appointment to get them trim. ?Google needs to update all this information because it's not helping. I'm so glad I called and I will take my 2 dogs in for their nails this coming weds and then next month a bath. Don't always trust Google pick up the phone and call them.

“Best grooming I got since my groomer has been out for a while. Got a call from a manager who said I have someone named James and his mom trained him well. My yorkies look like model dogs. I had a great experience with the entire store and manager. So much kindness and professionalism. So thankful I found him and this new pets Mart. Have no idea how there's not 5 stars other than them being a smaller store. The manager held my dog as he tried to find this toy I was looking for. You know these days it's hard to find people who genuinely care and I can't say enough about them. I was told that I had to get her sedated to get her groomed but he did all 4 of my dogs and he's a perfectionist but he's excellent and thorough. The videos won't upload but I got all my dogs looking the best they have looked in a while. They make sure you have your dogs vaccinated and if you care about your dogs you want to know they won't get sick at the groomers. Worth the wait and I found a new place for my fur babies.”

“great little spot for a self-service dog wash. i love having shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a blow dryer provided for $15 out to the door! Kensie was amazing (idk if that's how they spelled their name... no name tags but that's the name they provided when i asked for it) and just so helpful! i am definitely taking my pup back there again when we visit California in the future. both employees i encountered were helpful and very thorough with explaining how the self-service dog wash operates. it was a fabulous and friendly atmosphere and i really enjoyed my visit!”

“I go here because its close to home. Staff is very knowledgeable on the layout of the store when you're trying to find things, for whatever kind of animal you have. A large variety of product lines for most categories you may be looking for. I can't say anything about the selection of fish, vertebrates, or other living creatures because I haven't perused those areas. Mainly because I'm an animal lover and I know I'd walk out of there with more pets under my arm!”

“I actually visited the Vet that is a part of Petco. I got my dog spayed, and the process was smooth. The vet staff here are awesome. I drive all the way to Folsom just to take my pup there.”
“In store experience in Roseville has been excellent. Petco on Douglas Blvd, Roseville offers quick, convenient and personal service. They offer a good selection and are typically well stocked. The store and restrooms are well maintained. The groomers do a good job caring for my dogs too. It's a bonus that the pets who bring their people to the store are well behaved. (Most of the people are too).
The Petco website, however, is subpar. The repeat delivery option doesn't disclose that shipping cost will be added or what they will be. I tried to align my orders to avoid shipping charges but they can't be modified--only deleted.
The search tool--even using quotes--brings up unrelated items. For example, "small animal hay" search lists treats without hay and "GloFish Sea Green Grass Plant Fluorescent Under Blue LED Light Aquarium Decor". "Rabbit food" brings up ferret treats and water bottles. Filters don't filter properly. Can't search by size or price. Paypal link is useless as it always gives me an error code. The best I can say is the website beats the instore prices, sometimes by a lot. So to get the best price, I order online for store pickup.”
“I had the best experience with these kind people plus my Buddy really liked them. I am in my late 80s and had to go pick up Buddy in the dark. There shop is off the highway and hard to find at night. They said they called me right away because it was dark they would bring Buddy to my home but I didn't hear the phone ring, so I didn't pick up . They ended up taking me home in my car with husband driving me and his wife followed us to bring him home. I was amazed at the kindness they showed to me and they will be Buddy's groomers as long as I'm able to get him there. Plus they do a good job grooming my shi-tsu pup,”
