“I have taken my precious Angel to Bark Avenue twice......The staff is very kind......an appointment isn't needed for nail trimming.......Kio has trimmed Angels nails on both visits.....she is very nice .......she is patient with Angel and you can see that she loves her job.......I highly recommend Bark Avenue”

“So my fiancé and I stopped off in the shopping center for lunch. We saw Ben’s last time and decided to stop in after we ate . BOY. We’re we impressed . By far the nicest and most Knowledgeable staff I have encountered . We were so impressed we brought our boy Preacher back to meet the staff the same day, and to use their state of the art self washing station that has a sanitary clean cycle after each use .Largest selection of raw diet food I have ever seen at a brick and mortar store . After we finish our boys kibble we will be switching him over to raw!P.S. if you are within 5 be miles , they will deliver your online orders to you !”
“I bought my first bird, a sweet cockatiel, from this place a few years ago and they are how my bird journey started. I frequently buy food from here as well. Everyone is very kind and understanding, and always willing to help. My cockatiel was nicely priced, but my only complaint is some of the birds do have high prices.”

“Came here to get a bag of hay to winterize the fetal cathouses my husband and I have in our backyard for the cats we care for. A small, beautifully appointed feed store that had a great selection of premium pet food and supplements, and some pretty awesome looking chicken coops if you are lucky enough to have a yard big enough for chickens! The store is super clean and the young woman who packaged up my small bag of straw was super sweet! I've been driving by this store for many decades and it's super convenient, since it's not that easy to find a true feed store in the area.”

“This is my local store. Occasionally they're out of stock on things I purchase frequently. I turn to Amazon at those times. And always pay considerably less. The staff is friendly but not knowledgeable. The glowing aspect is the Happy Tails adoptions.”
“I love the idea of coming in to a friendly, clean and tidy place where I can wash my dog. They have been so incredibly patient with me bringing in my black Australian Shepherd rescue pup. The attendants make sure the shampoo conditioner is stocked, the furminator is ready for me!”
“The new owners and the staff are very conscientious and do an amazing job cutting our 18-year-old Shih Tzu’s hair. She is a firecracker and it’s takes a lot to keep her still as she does not like getting her hair done. They do an excellent job and she always looks great. thankful that they take the extra care with our little old lady.”

“Trina was very helpful and answered all our queries about chinchilla. At first, we were reluctant about getting a chinchilla because we had little knowledge about it. But our perspective changed after Trina gave us detailed information about it. She was so calm answering our questions about chinchilla. We flew into San Francisco, drove to Sacramento, and then drove back to Seattle. Trina helped prepare our cute chinchilla for the long journey.
We were so grateful to have met her. She is so kind and helpful. We were so lucky to have found such a great chinchilla breeder. In fact, we are thinking about getting a second one from her.
Highly recommend. You will never be disappointed.”

“I just got off the phone and it's Saturday so please call them, they're open Wednesday thru Saturday 10 AM till 7 PM. For just nails you don't need an appointment to get them trim. ?Google needs to update all this information because it's not helping. I'm so glad I called and I will take my 2 dogs in for their nails this coming weds and then next month a bath. Don't always trust Google pick up the phone and call them.

“The employees were so welcoming and kind and the store was clean. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of a lack of XS dog harnesses and collars. I really wanted to make a purchase on a harness but couldn’t find one that I liked that would fit my puppy. The other reason for a 4 star is for the lack of shopping carts. I saw a high volume of customers here and only 3 carts. I had to keep putting my stuff on the floor to look at the collars and harnesses.”
“Grooming at PetSmart in Carmichael definitely deserves 5 stars. Madii is amazing. She did a great job with two of my dogs. One of them is Pomeranian Belle and second one is mixed GSD and Akita Draco. My dogs were not stressed at all. Draco is shedding 365 days. He looks amazing. She took enough time to make sure that they get the best service. Thank you Madii and look forward to see you on the next grooming appointment.”

“great little spot for a self-service dog wash. i love having shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a blow dryer provided for $15 out to the door! Kensie was amazing (idk if that's how they spelled their name... no name tags but that's the name they provided when i asked for it) and just so helpful! i am definitely taking my pup back there again when we visit California in the future. both employees i encountered were helpful and very thorough with explaining how the self-service dog wash operates. it was a fabulous and friendly atmosphere and i really enjoyed my visit!”

“You can't find more knowledgeable and educated people than Chris and Staci. Honestly, they have helped me so much with food information for my dogs over the years. And health issues that could be food related. Their supply is huge even though the store is a bit small. Prices are excellent PLUS shopping locally and doing business with a smaller family owned store is rewarding on so many levels. Will never shop anywhere else.”
“This Petco is nice. Most of the crew is nice. The only negative is pretty much the same for all large chain pet stores some of the animal husbandry isn't the best. Also, they sell animals at the store that they don't sell the proper housing for. Make sure to always do your research before purchasing an animal and do the setup before buying one.”

She brought us to where the product was and explained the differences between them. She was so kind, welcoming, genuine and professional.
