“I love this store and the employees are so wonderful. A few months ago we wanted to try some new food for our sensitive tummy dogs, the person working (I can't remember maybe their name was Ryan or Tyler) walked us around the store telling us about the different options. It was so helpful, and they asked to see a picture of our dogs which warms my heart every time. Today I went in, holding my baby in her car seat and said hello and told Tucker I was getting their namesake food. Without missing a bet Tucker asked if I needed help (the food is frozen, kinda heavy and on the top shelf) I happily said yes. Then to make things even better there was a sale! And the make my day even better they walked it to my car for me. Every employee is so kind and makes you feel like you're old friends. I'm so glad I went in today.”

“Excellent grooming staff member is Kelsey. She always makes our dog, who has a long, fluffy coat, seem so much better. I appreciate that they offer nail care and a dandruff wash for dogs who require it. I always tell people that need it to go here. In particular, Kelsey is wonderful with animals and provides excellent care for them.”

“Our kids wanted a hamster, so we went to PetSmart on 1738 Watt Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825. A kind lady, Candie, was awesome. She explained everything to us and told us many helpful facts, that it is better not to buy a pair of hamsters because after a while they can eat each other. She let us pet all hamsters and one bit her. She showed us chinchillas, explained their behavior, and let us pet them as well. Then, because our son was hesitating what to take and decided to see cats in their store, Candie let us pet all cats. We left the store completely satisfied with our experience there and with knowledge we got from Candie.So, now we are waiting for our kids' decision about what pet to choose.”

“Very clean store with friendly staff. Very spacious there. I expected more products to be available but there wasn't as much.. However, what is available is great and all is quality. I will also share that they allow returns with receipt within 30 days and stood by their products. I had a hard time finding a harness for my pup that he couldn't get out of. The employee listened and recommended a perfect harness. He can't get out of it and is safe, comfy, and happy. We are very happy!!! Also, love that the kitties are up for adoption and we can get involved in volunteering!”

“This weekend I took my girl to Backyard Pet spa. My dog is blind and gets totally freaked out when groomed. They were so patient with her and did a great job. The shop was super clean and the staff was friendly and professional. I felt so assured they would take good care of my little girl, and that’s exactly what they did. “GROOMING SERVICE - Ash took care of my special needs dog with grooming and she loved it. She was very afraid just coming from a shelter and she did so great with Ash. We have moved out of town and are unable to continue service. Ash did a great job and communicates very clearly and seems to have a great repour with animal friends. The entire grooming staff was great and made a very calm and inviting atmosphere.STORE - I lived very close to this store and bought many things, they even took some things back without any issues. Everyone was really nice and courteous. There were crates in the isle sometimes but I believe the store does a lot of business and restocks often. 5 stars for everyone!”

“Our pup Copper got into a little bit of mischief his first time at the dog park. He/we found out he loves mud puddles. After I finally was able to get him out of the mud, he was an absolute mess. I called 2 dog groomers to see if they could get copper cleaned up, both of which basically told me they were booked "you'll have to look elsewhere".I found Just like Magic on a google search, called and spoke with Barbara. She was so sweet and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to work Copper into her busy schedule. He looked like a completely different dog from when I dropped him off to when I picked him up. Barbara did an Amazing job, our Copper looked beautiful. Thank you so much Barbara, you definitely worked your magic!!”

“Incredibly impressed- I was in the hospital for a week and my husband was overwhelmed. I was very tired and we usually was our 2 pugs together. DeeDee is about 13 and Poppy is a year old- we moved up to Rancho Cordova and I saw a post on Nextdoor about White Lion -I called just to see how long it may be to make an appointment and the woman answered right away ! She was very nice and accommodating- I never dreamed she would take us the same day! My husband dropped the girls off and they were finished in an hour and a half- when he picked them up the were clean soft and dry- the smell really clean! I cried from joy with the excellent service- we will most definitely be return customers! We like Nulo Lifestyle Cat Food so we get it at Bark Avenue in Rocklin. And since Boot Barn is just up the street from Bark Avenue...and Taco Express is right there...best street tacos ever!...I make my pet food errand day fun and yummy!”
