Recently took a USMLE exam and noticed there weren’t many reviews about this center, so here’s one :)
Overall, it’s a good test center with an older, but well-functioning facility. Free parking is available for everyone. The staff are kind and helpful. The bathrooms are clean, although you’ll need a key (provided by the staff) to access the ones close to the testing rooms. There’s also a water fountain nearby. Clear, see-through water bottles are allowed. There was some noise outside at the beginning of the exam due to gardeners, but it didn’t last long. Inside the building, it was thankfully quiet. Depending on the day, the center may host test-takers for other exams, which are shorter in duration. This means people may come and go more frequently—but this is common at most Prometric centers in the U.S.
Overall, I wouldn’t change the center if I had to do it again.
Good luck to everyone, you’ve got it!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! So much noise in the testing area. Staff was so rude and not at all accommodating. Just avoid this center and save your money. Test somewhere else.

Showed up 30 minutes early as was described in the email for my exam and everything went smoothly and perfectly fine. Bathrooms were clean and it was a straightforward testing experience. Was a bit scared with the recent negative reviews, but it was truly fine for me. Remember to bring the required IDs for your exam and (if allowed for your exam) a water bottle with all markings removed. Staff were kind and easy to work with. Parking was easy and process was relatively painless. Entry is on the southeast side of the building and the suite for the testing center is straight ahead up the staircase- can’t miss it! If you need to use the elevator, the suite is directly on the left on the 2nd floor.

By far the worst experience at this place. Showed up 45 minutes early to be told they couldn't accept me. Once they accepted me I didn't start my test till 45 minutes after my appointment only to see a plethora of computers available. Get rid of these guys on the weekends.

New owner has no idea what they are doing. Set up wrong tests. Won't give results after. Communication is terrible. Can't even directly talk to you or look you in the eye. Asks ME how it is supposed to work. Horrible. Been coming here for 15 years and I will DRIVE FARTHER AND NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION

New owner took over and got rid of the best staff ever. His loss, I feel bad for all future candidates testing here.

Impossible to get ahold of this testing center. I've called many times and have never been able to get ahold of anyone nor do the prompts help at all, only refer you to the website or other phone numbers with the same exact prompts. Prometric in general is a terrible company with zero customer service. I've called all of their numbers multiple times and can't talk to anyone. I had to schedule an exam through their center and they never sent me a confirmation email. Turns out having a confirmation number is the only way you can confirm you're taking a test there. I finally found an email address for the company and sent an email but have not heard anything back. I'm beyond frustrated

I have taken a few board exams here and the staff is wonderful! There were some significant problems that I had with one of my exam, this was not a Prometric issue it was the organization I was taking the exam for, but the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. They were on the phone with tech support for over an hr on my behalf.

Like some others have mentioned, it's an older testing center, but it gets the job done! Didn't seem like there were signs to designate how to get to the actual test center, but I figured it out from friends. It's on the 2nd floor and there's a sign on the door in the corner. There's two bathrooms near it, but you'll need key access.During COVID, there only letting 3 people wait in line at check in, so the rest of the test takers were standing in the hall. As recommended by my test, we are to arrive 30 minutes before our scheduled test time to ensure that we're checked in, in a timely manner. There were maybe 4-5 people in front of me and it took me 25 minutes before I got checked in. Didn't really expect them to take that long for check-in, so good thing I took their 30 minute recommendation. There was only 1 worker checking everyone in. However, once you get inside to get your locker, there's two testing rooms and 2 people to check you into the rooms.During COVID, they clean bathroom keys after each use, and have you keep your own pen and scratch paper. My test can with a two sheet scratch paper. They also clean the test stations after each use. You're also to eat or drink outside of the testing center...no hanging out around the lockers. If you didn't already know, phones are supposed to be off, in your locker. You're to show your pockets every time you enter the testing room. No watches. They'll check your wrists and ankles each time. They'll have you show them your glasses inside and out, show that you have empty pockets, and have you take your mask off and show them the inside. With that being said, ideally you'd be wearing clothes that have no pockets so you don't have to flip all pockets each time you're re-entering the testing area. Maybe even wearing a T-shirt and shorts/capris if you don't want to push your sleeves up and roll up your pant legs each time either. Finally, there are cameras watching you during your test. You're to raise your hand and get the attention of the check-in person for your room, who will then signal you to leave the room (which they've been quick to respond during my testing day). Be sure to bring your ID and locker key when you leave. This room can get pretty warm, so no need for a million layers. They provide noise canceling headphones, but because people are walking in and out of the room, you may want to bring your own earplugs (they'll have you squeeze your earplugs at check-in to make sure there's nothing in them). Staff are pretty friendly here. Overall, not a bad testing experience.
