4/28/25 I was there about 7:00am as a walk in because my appointment scheduled on 30th. I thought I may wait a few hours and then they say they don’t have any open time, but the young lady working there kindly call me in after 40min and took care of my case.
I just want to appreciate her great service.

I had made appointments for my Mom and myself, yet they were not showing up when we came in yesterday. Lucas noticed that we were having a hard time and he jumped in to assist us. He was so compassionate and kind. It was super helpful, as my Mom has memory loss and she was very flustered, which made me flustered. I am so grateful for the kind, fast, friendly service that Lucas provided for the two of us. We can't thank him enough.

I had blood drawn by Lukas and it was the best I’ve ever experienced. I’m always such a chicken and he put me at ease and to tell the truth I didn’t even feel a pinch. He was outstanding!!!!

KC and Amber were smiling and friendly. Very professional. I came at the end of the day of the end of the week. KC was very efficient and my blood draw was painless. Both ladies made me feel comfortable.

Worst place! Never choose this place for a walk -in ! You will keep waiting forever. I waited for more than an hr and was never called and the lady before me waited for almost 2 hrs and they were not too busy at that time !

I find it particularly much more helpful to check in for your visit on the phone rather than check in at the kiosk on arrival. Often times it’s due to not having the needed documents for check in on hand. With appointments wait time is short and the staff is friendly and efficient.

I have had nothing but positive experiences going here. The online appointment setting was very easy and the appointment check-in was equally easy. The staff is very friendly and excellent at their job both times I was in and out less than a half an hour. I never hope to get blood drawn, but if I have to it’s nice to be able to go to a place, that is able to do such a great job. Thank you, quest diagnostic.

Missed scheduled appointment because I was standing in line to check in. Explained the situation, but was told it was just too bad and that I would have to come another day. The person working there was not polite. No one else was in the waiting room and it sounded like the staff in the back was just hanging out talking, so it was even more frustrating. At this location they no longer have a person working the front desk, so the computer check in is apparently it. The person in front of me in line was elderly and foreign. I was trying to help them check in and there was no one at Quest available to help the poor fellow.
Frustrating experience. Waste of time and gas money.

The girl who drew my blood was very nice, friendly, and did a great job. My veins are difficult to draw from sometimes but she was an expert and only had to poke me once.

Easy to schedule appointment online. No waiting when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and the staff was friendly.
