Went last night to fill up and get carwash code. Pump did not print receipt and shop was closed with no attendant. Took a picture of my pump to show amount of gas I bought and the pump number with a time stamp. Brought it by this morning, thinking they could give me a code. The attendant this morning said they couldn't do that and there was no phone number I could call. I asked is there anything they could do to reconcile and they said no, so I asked "so I am just out $14 now?" and he said "yep, nothing I can do" I have read this has happened to other people and you have just apologized. I left my phone number at the shop this morning. If you truly do not want this to be the experience, contact me and make it right.

Doors locked with a closed sign at 8 am! Saw a Delivery driver that couldn't get in and had to leave. I paid for a carwash but the pumps were not printing receipts. I cannot find the phone number for this store on line and I have now paid for a carwash I cannot get.

I did the car wash with gas purchase just now. Their car wash isn't working I found out. I went inside with my 2 toddlers to get my refund. The lady inside was rude didn't want to give me my refund. She said it never expires. I needed the money back. She did math and offered me $3 back. I said no the car wash was $14. And I did $40.01 in gas. The math is off. She was rude and said no. I have my toddlers being moody too. I wasn't able to do the math myself until in car, she did give me more back but still burned me about $3 and something cents. The lady was very rude, no facial expressions, nothing. I didn't go back in because my 2 year old wasn't having it. Such a terrible experience from that lady who works there.

Got some gas there and my car desperately needed a wash as it was really dirty... gas price was with a $.20 a gallon discount if I got the wash with it. Gas here is good, and the wash was great.

It’s unbelievable I couldn’t pay for gas through the cashier by cash at 10:15 PM. I have been told by attendant that it’s all closed to clean the garbage. But it should’ve been open till 11 PM . Can you imagine this ? So forced to go to Mobile gas station and got gas there.

This place is always a $hit show. Everytime I have been here credit card machines down, no employees inside and doors are locked, or the car wash is broken. Whomever owns this place needs to do better.

Car wash discount never works, staff have not been trained on how to correct any transaction errors. Pumps consistently have malfunctions. Not worth a discount which only occasionally works as advertised. Avoid.

Gas station attendant (Heavy set white man) did not take ownership when my card was not working. His response was “I guess it doesn’t work here.” He asked if I had another card which I did but I replied that I wanted to use my credit card (as I get points). He was dismissive and did not show any type of ownership or empathy. His manager from the back kept suggesting other alternatives to which he did not seem keen on utilizing. I left and went to another gas station and it was fine. He needs to take a class on customer service and taking accountablitiy.

It has really gone downhill since it was sold. I've lost track of how many times I've gone, and either a pump was out of order or just straight-up missing! If that wasn't bad already, there are rats and roaches everywhere! It's disgusting and unsanitary!! That is a MAJOR health code violation! They clearly couldn't care less since this is an ongoing issue. My family has been customers for over a decade, and we refuse to fill up here anymore!

Took 45 minutes they had a software prob the worker was on phone and the main screen dealing. Two of us unfortunate souls stuck in line. To top it off I had to drive thru get a new code get back in line. 2nd worst car wash experience ever.

I just bought a car wash at the pump, and as usual, my receipt didn't print. There's a note on the door that says 'be back in 15 minutes.' I've seen multiple people try to enter the business in the 7 minutes I have wasted sitting here, and I'm sure there will be multiple others before my 15 minute waste of time is over. This station is no longer owned by Raleys so they couldn't help me either. So I'm writing this review on behalf of the many busy people who have left here pissed off this Sunday morning who don't have time to sit and write a yelp review

Since Raley's sold it, it went from 5 Stars to barely 1.
Beware -- If you're looking at $100 maximum per transaction, that includes if you get a car wash, so it affects your gas limit as well
NO Receipts, bad Customer Service (including Manager), window washers not full and if so not clean/dirty. Trash over flowing. Station dirty, not clean, can tell no one cares.
Car Wash standing water, not drained.
Raley's should be ashamed to have their name still on it! 😡

Visited in November 11th and did not get my points. The receipt states "loyalty offline". I went specifically to this station because I saved up points!The cashier charged me for a car wash. But the car wash was out of service. And cashier would not refund my $13.00I called the home office to complain. Left my name and number...no results.I called again. No results. No manager responded.Ridiculous. Bad service. I know they don't care if I buy from them. Just to let you know.
