I got my hair done in February of this year for my 21st birthday! I got my hair dyed red by Jamie and she was absolutely phenomenal! The color was exactly how I asked for it along with the cut and curl. I will definitely be coming back here for any hair dying, styling, and cutting needs!

I am leaving this review because I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, went 20 minutes early in the rain, I was seen by Nicole and she gave me feedback on my hair for 15 minutes. She said she would call me back to schedule an appointment with her but I never heard back from her. I called again after three weeks and was told that they would inform Nicole to give me a follow up call, still haven’t received a call. I was looking forward to getting my hair done here but I was left disappointed!

Krystal is amazing at her craft, and educated me on my hair in such a warm way. I called and she made time for my hair last minute.
My hair and scalp has never looked/ felt better!
Her and her assistant were so kind and have great conversation. I am excited to come back for more ?.

Just had my hair cut by Lexie and I am loving my hair. I was scared to cut my hair and I am so happy with the results. I definitely recommend going to her.

Nicole became hostile and rude during the service recovery visit. Attempting to spray my face with water, smirking, rude comments, slamming the spray bottles repeatedly, rushing through the process and attempted to make me walk out with wet hair. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.

Nicole was great -did everything I wanted in my haircut. She does amazing layers! At first I was a little scared, but watching her techniques I could tell she knew what she was doing. I found me a new home to get my hair done.

I went here for the first time to get a short pixie cut and some highlights. Nicole was my stylist and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so attentive to making sure my hair was perfect. She was so friendly and we talked and laughed while she did my hair. This salon has a beautiful ambiance, good music, and even sells some really cute clothing in the shop. I believe they also offer beverages but I had brought my own water with me. The space is wide open and bright and the front desk staff is also very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely be returning here for my future hair needs ?

I am a new client if Nicole's and so glad I was scheduled with her- I was specific and she delivered. Such a precision cut, so happy. The receptionist- Janice, who scheduled my appointment was very kind and enthusiastic, love her energy. All together this was a wonderful experiance!!

I had a horrible experience with this salon. They overcharged me for the services and when I called to ask about what I was charged for they said let me look into it and get back to you. They called me about an hour later and left a VM telling me that I was charged for a different service than what I had originally asked for which resulted in a $60 overage so she refunded me the $60 I never 1 time complained about the stylist who did my hair or her services in fact I had made it clear that there was nothing wrong with my hair or the service that was provided to me by my stylist. I later found out that they retaliated and turned around and fired the stylist who did my hair! All because I asked what I was charged for and I believe they were mad bc they had to refund me some money.They charged me almost $400 for a full highlight and cut- when in fact I asked for a balayage and a cut. She didn’t even know what service I received. This place is so unprofessional & greedy and I do not recommend going here. That was just pure evil firing a stylist over an issue that literally had nothing to do with her and then lied to her about why she got fired.the stylist did an amazing job and did NOTHING wrong so this was unnecessary and cruel. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

My hair turned out very nice. But didn't expect the price ( pretty pricey) And I was surprised to have dye stained around my hairline.
