Fair Oaks Soccer Pro is an excellent soccer outlet. They have the best prices, customer service, and selection in Northern California. Whenever I visit family I always stop to pick up some Samba sneakers or new Arsenal gear. Thank you for your excellent customer service and extremely competitive prices. I’ll see you next time I’m back in the area.

This store is over priced and the service was not the best, one guy was really nice though. The only good thing about this store is there cleats they had a lot of selection. And if you are looking for goalie gloves stay away from here there goalie gloves were insanely overpriced. there Nike phantom shadows that are normally 82 dollers online we're 95 dollers!

Worst customer service, I have received I. A long time. Lady in the store (said she was the supervisor) was rude and unhelpful. All we asked was to check what numbers were available and was responded by NOPE! Won't be going back!

Purchased Adidas Predator for $250 and after 4 months and one week they fell apart. Soccer Pro wouldn’t warranty. I encourage all Fair Oaks and Bella Vista Soccer players to avoid using this store for soccer needs.

My daughter joined a new indoor soccer team last minute (2 days before their first game), and the team was using Rec jerseys that we did not have yet. Soccer Pro was able to get a jersey for us in less than 24 hrs from ordering. It was January, so this is probably not likely to happen at the beginning of the normal Rec season, but I was very impressed. Thank you.

Untrustworthy. Ordered my nephew his jersey on Black Friday and fast forward 2 months later still have not received it. Emails go unanswered, no one picks up the line, they tell you that you can leave a voicemail but you really cant. There is no mailbox to leave a voicemail. My credit card was charged for this item and yet have not received the goods. I was hoping since Christmas has passed (which is what it was originally intended) that i can get it for his birthday in a week. Sadly i probably wont since everything goes unanswered. As i said before, very shady and untrustworthy company i would choose 0 stars but i HAVE to pick at least one for this rating to go through.

We came in today and we were told that they would not take our exchange of a shirt. It was a Del Campo club shirt with the tags still on it cleerly never used. Also I wasn't asking for a refund I had actually planned to spend more here to buy a goalie jersey. But after they wouldn't take our shirt without a bank statement I will be buying that on Amazon. I prefer to go to smaller stores but if the customer service is going to be so bad then I'm going to the bigger cheaper stores.

Two stars only for the nice kid that helped. He was actual a 10! Missing Extreme Soccer in Rocklin. It sucked just taking whatever number they had on hand. $50.00 for 2 jerseys and a here take what you get.
