We arrived at 10am when store was supposed to open, we walked in the store as the front door was unlocked. We waited 10 minutes and I could hear someone in the back so I walked back there and the employee had ear buds in and couldn’t hear us in the store I waved at him and he was like how did you get in here and you aren’t supposed to be back here, was I supposed to wait all day for Help, NO, he should not have had the door unlocked and in the back of the store with the safe open he was rude to us we are not happy about this and the employee needs to be reprimanded. It is Thursday 1/18

After having an appointment, and waiting 45 minutes for the only associate to help us, he stated we should reschedule and come back another day so someone more senior can help us. Terrible customer service, when all we wanted to do was sign up for Verizon. Also, the associate saw us walk in & took 20+ minutes to even acknowledge our existence.

Wish I remembered the guys names. There's 3 guys, the manager and 2 employees. Very proper, very polite alot better than there. On the phone service with Verizon..

I broke my iPhone 11 and came in to their store 30 minutes before closing. They helped me right away get a new iPhone 15, update my plan and made sure I knew how to transfer the data to my new phone so I didn’t lose any important photos from my old phone. They had exceptional customer service. Thank you for all your help!

I went to this store because we have had great service from them in the past. I needed a phone for a family member. I stated I just wanted the phone today. I waited while they opened the safe to get a phone. I asked for a print out of the charges and was told the printer is not working. Tutu explained that I would be charged for fees and tax today and would be able to pay off phone when I received bill from Verizon. After they processed the purchase they were able to print a receipt. They charged me for a set up fee, Liquid glass and a charger which I did not want. They refunded the charger. The liquid glass is a process applied after the phone is purchased and it was never put on my phone, but I was told they could not refund the charge. When I tried to just cancel the purchase I was told there was a $100 restocking fee. I feel ripped off from this previously reliable store.

All of the staff working at the store were incredibly helpful friendly knowledgeable. You couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My experience here was very uncomfortable, I was waiting outside for my father to arrive so we could agree on a family plan and a little Indian boy came outside and started taking pictures of people ( me included) in the parking lot. Due to this strange action we will be taking our business somewhere else.

The sales rep Seth was very professional and helpful. My only complaint is about the policy about getting a screen glass protector. When I bought the phone they told my just come on in and we will replace it. Now I am told that I have to get the service through the web.

The Verizon on Hazel and Madison has excellent service. Graham helped me purchase two new phones and provided exceptional customer service. He transferred all the info from one phone to the other, helped me with additional products, and was professional and personable throughout. The manager at this store is Caleb and he is an outstanding leader and role model. Good managers are few and far between but he is one for sure! Please visit this location - you won’t be disappointed.
