“My family went on a month long road trip. I have two young boys and by the time we got home our car was an absolute disaster!! Otto and his team came to our house and spent several hours detailing the interior and exterior of the car and working to clean all the nooks and crannies. The car was transformed! The only other time this car has looked this good is when we purchased it. Otto was polite, timely, communicative, and his work was brilliant. I highly recommend! (I wish I took before pictures - but you'll just have to trust me that it was BAD!)”

“I live in Sausalito and this is my go-to gas station for getting air on my tires. It is free ! I tried the car wash last week and it was pretty efficient. I drove through at 6 PM and there was no one -the gentleman was very nice and accommodating -I did pay for my car wash as I was getting gas so it was pretty efficient to just drive through . for $16, you get the basic wash which makes your car pretty clean. You have a parking lot at the exit where you can vacuum and dry it on your own. They do not offer and hand towel dry service. This is a quick in-n-out place. I will definitely be back for a quick wash.”

The car was just completely covered in bugs from a road trip and they spent so much time cleaning before the wash and then drying afterwards, using air cans to get stuff out of the nooks and crannies even, really great wash. “22 dollar exterior wash with a wipe down was quick, easy, worthwhile and a great value.35 and they will do the interior vacuum and wipe down too. Across the freeway a basic wash was 39.99 and not a good one. This place has tweaked a lot of little things to make it worthwhile to not seek out anywhere else. I have become a regular over time.”

“This is the "Loop Market" that's the food mart & Car wash of the Shell gas station at Rowland & S. Novato Blvd. It's near the freeway ramps, so that's why the gas prices are higher. Also. Shell is a Top Tier major fuel brand, and has a reputation for being pricey gas. I was at this Shell/ Loop Market at about 850pm on a Tuesday. The car wash was closed, so I couldn't review that. The food mart was very clean and well organized. It looks like they were doing re-stocking or maybe an inventory count. I was looking for something to eat, and Oh Look! They have hotdogs! $1.99 for 1/4-lb hotdog. So I asked for a hotdog for two reasons: (1) I like their hotdogs, and (2) I wanted to see how he serves it to me. I told the clerk about my weird hotdog experience at the Loop Market in Daly City last week. He didn't know why they served hotdogs like that. The clerk served the hotdogs on buns, on their own paper tray. Very nice, but the buns weren't fresh. The actual hotdog was fresh and juicy, and probably still within it's holding time for best quality. So in general, a good experience at this Shell station. The food mart is equipped with modern dispensers and fresh food tables. Also, lots of packaged foods are available.Note: Posted sign says no pump assistance for disabled persons at this station.”

“Yes, they are expensive and will try and upsell you 2 or 3 times, but just be firm with your choice and go. I take my car here for the Works Plus a few times a year for a thorough cleaning. They do great. Way better quality than other places that charge the same price. I regret going anywhere else to try and save a buck...”
