“I experience them as Michael as friendly but with some distance. Can't describe it perfectly. Except that's exactly how I like it. It's always easy coming in, and they treat you the same each time. Love 7-Eleven!”

“Great place to stop and grab a bite. Sandwiches and burritos are always good. Of course they have the veggie options going on. Affordable, and if you are heading to west Marin County this is your best bet for food until you hit the coast.”

“I stumbled upon this place looking for a light dinner and will 100% be back. It’s like a fancier, smaller, local Berkeley Bowl with better quality prepared foods. Their potato latkes are the best I’ve ever had and their salmon cake is chef’s kiss! They can heat it up behind the deli counter and there is seating to eat here.Their prepared food section looks home-cooked, amazing and fresh overall. They also have a great natural product section as well, where I stocked up on Rose bath salts, essential oils, and got a guasha tool too.”

“This unsuspecting little corner market packs quite a bit of surprises! They have pre packaged bags of pan dulce at front window. Incredibly impressed by the flavor, softness and freshness! I found unique spices and cubes of bouillon for Columbian, Argentinian, Puerto Rican cooking. Very specific flavors not at the average supermarket. They had a pretty good variety of fruits and vegetables too like plantains for Salvadoran cooking as well. Its well worth the drive. I'd go again for the little variety packs of pan dulce!!”

“Smaller selection of goods in comparison to other locations. Aisles are usually stocked and clear to walk through (each time I visit) and staff are kind. Be prepared for longer than usual lines, this location is popular and right off Hwy 101. Be patient with the staff - they are doing their best!”

“I always take all my cars here for SMOG checks. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. I would recommend their services. Make sure you call ahead to schedule an appointment. Sometimes they have same-day appointments.”

“Very friendly staff and the hot food is full up even in the morning for us on the go working type folks. I go to the laundromat at the same time (7 am) every week and walk here for caffeine, hot food, random things I forgot I needed, etc. There's always a good reason to stop here. Some old dude crashed into the front door recently, injuring some people and the place has been closed for over two weeks so far. I hope they take his license away permanently. Old people should not drive! Anyway, love this place and hope it reopens soon. Hope the staff are being paid in the mean time.”

“Late-night service was excellent here, unlike so many other local spots where attendants are on their phones, don’t say hello, and seem annoyed when you ask for their help.”

“I can not remember Yelping a convenience store, so this may be a 1st! Allowing for poor memory . . . :) One of our household made a dinner time trip to this 7-11 and we decided to have their pizzas for dinner. Plus Slurpees. Comfort food over health food - sometimes you just gotta do it! Normally my trips here are for things on short notice, like milk or snacks when I don't feel like travelling to the large supermarket over the freeway and through the parking lots. So, when we got 2 pizzas here - a pepperoni and a cheese - I was pleasantly surprised! They "cook" the pizzas fresh when you buy a whole for about $7, and it arrived home very hot and with melty cheese. The crust is different than I expected, not too doughy but not thin and crispy either. And the sauce was great - slightly sweet but with an after tang that was a bit spicy to me. Very nice taste. Granted, you don't get a lot for the money, but it's fresh, hot and tasty - and that's all we need sometimes, especially when no one wants to cook or spend $30 on our favorite pizza. In other words - a great option for good convenience store pizza! They also have pre-made sandwiches, salads and assorted other foods as well. And the place is clean and well stocked and always friendly staff, although parking can be a bear (it shares a small lot with a busy laundromat) but definitely worth considering for spur of the moment snack - or dinner - needs.”

“Despite the trashiness and sketchiness, there is sometimes just the greatest customer service... that is just .. totally .. not affected by the coronavirus pandemic in any way at all! but... DO .. WEAR A CLEAN MASK AND GLOVES PLEASE!”

“What a wonderful staff. They are short staffed, have an influx of scheduled and from 2-3 walk-in Covid booster vaccinations. Clearly they are overwhelmed. They took us because we had called yesterday and they were troopers to honor that!!!”

“This review is for the dog wash station! Needed to wash my dog after hiking the Bon Tempe lake! He decided to get in the water and got all muddy afterwards. We hiked closer to the evening since it was a hot day today and pet food express was already closed by the time we got done hiking. We took our dog here and washed our dog. It cost $10 for 10 minutes and they have multiple options for shampoos. They also have a dryer!”

“On route to muir woods. Had fresh and tasty pre-made sandwiches for like 6 bucks. It's a 7-11 but I'm glad we stopped in especially since there are very few or no other food options once you cross the bridge.”

“Finally the CVS in Novato at the Square has some amazing employees. Evelyn was awesome! She was friendly, helpful and knew how to use a coupon I had loaded onto my card and forgot about. So many times the employees were slow and uninformed. I hope this is the start of a new era of employees. She was wonderful!”

“I like this gas station. It was recently refurbished and updated to be a convenience well lite location. I like the hours and the bright lights at night. I feel comfortable here and the employees are very nice. The gas is of quality, my car does not make pinging noises when I use it. The look and feel is consistent with other Shell station and the location is clean, perhaps that's because it's new. The location is downtown Novato, just across the street from Starbucks and Trader Joes. I'm a fan and like very much this Shell station on Redwood Blvd.”
