Do not use the brush... that is unless you like to have deep grove lines in your paint.

For what it cost, you are better off going down the street and having it hand washed

I really like washing my own car because I feel the automatic drive through car washes are too rough and don't always do a good job. I was able to find this location and drove out of my way through traffic to come here. I didn't realize it was down a single lane traffic filled road. The location is a bit run down which is fine as I feel like a lot of these self coin operated washes are older and a bit dirty. The biggest criticism that I have about this location is that they make you buy tokens and if you use a credit card, you're required to buy 10x$1 tokens (and you get one free so $11 for $10). This is a smart business idea because it makes customers use tokens and if they don't use all of them, they come back to use your wash again. HOWEVER, 11x tokens weren't enough to wash my Tesla model Y. It took 2 mins just for the foam soap to fully come out and wash my car appropriately. It costs $3 for 2.5 mins. I think it should be a minimum of $1 per min. I was just able to wash my car under $11 and used up all my tokens. My car was far from being cleaned and I had to use chlorox wipes to clean up missed spots. Unless you live close in Fairfax and have a small car it isn't worth coming and better to just go to a drive through wash for the same price or pay someone to wash it for $20-25.

Way overpriced for a coin operated wash. 10 dollars won't cover it. Go to drive thru Blue Wave in San Rafael it does a better job, costs the same and yeah you don't have to do anything. The grounds here and equipment are not well kept either. Way overpriced and doesn't get car clean either (see photo)

Accidentally left My front drivers side all weather floor mat on the 2nd to left stall hook and it was gone within 24hrs. I like this place a lot and this is no one’s fault but my own. It’s most likely a lost cause but if by chance you picked up a 2022 Wrx all weather floor mat shoot me a message and I’d be more than happy to retrieve it.

been going there since I was a kid and they always take good enough care of it. I really don't like other people washing my car so I always think the gods when these places exist and actually work. a lot of these places people don't bother on the upkeep but this place has been consistent.

Standard self serve wash. Vacuum machines seemed more powerful than others I've used.

Im not very happy doing the review this place sucks I'm not happy because I can put a zero stars. If you serve zero stars I try to use my car doesn't work. Swipe my car like three times didn't give me an option to call somebody when I try to call the business it is this is a disconnect the phone I don't even have a phone to call. I mean this place sucks. This place sucks. I came over here. I waste my time I try to contact somebody to go nobody respond. It's a disconnect, the phone, but I would recommend nobody to come over here because this place sucks.

I should probably give it all the stars but these places just feel messy and expensive. But who doesn't love to cut the corners with a pressure washer? A good mechanism for getting to know what and who's local too. I sometimes spray under the hood. Is this a controversial practice?
