Asked for air for a flat bike tire, they wouldn't help. Merry Christmas.

A nice lady helped me, and they knocked out my smog check in no time. You have to get there before 1PM; I was running late and got there at 1:05, no problem at all. It took 20 minutes. With the cost of sending in the info, it came to around $78. I'll go here from now on.

I've come to Rino a few times in the past as they're always willing to help with a quick tire assessment/patch if needed. And I've recommended them to many folks since I discovered them after moving to the area last year. After a long roadtrip that included a pretty sketchy road, I came home with a leak in one of my tires, which went completely flat overnight. A neighbor used his compressor to put enough air in the tire so I could drive the 15 minutes to Rino, at which point he told me he found a puncture with nothing physical in it while filling the tire/assessing how quickly it was losing PSI and whether I could make it to Fairfax before going flat.I made it to Rino around 11 a.m.. They assessed the tire, removed a piece of metal, added a patch, and sent me on my way. Halfway into the drive, the low air pressure light came back on, which I found odd, but had to get back to work. So I continued home. By 4:30 p.m., the tire was completely flat again. I called Rino and they said there was nothing they could do without me bringing the car back. The next morning, I, once again, borrowed the neighbor's compressor, put enough air in the tire to drive to town, and returned to Rino. I explained what happened to the woman working, who was immediately defensive, suggesting it must be a different tire, and blatantly stating she "didn't believe it." I assured her it was the same tire, that there must have been multiple punctures to the tire given that my neighbor noticed a puncture that did not have anything in it and the puncture they'd patched the day before *did* have something in it.As it was early, her mechanic wasn't in for another 30 minutes, so I told her I'd wait as the car wasn't safe to drive. A few minutes later, she came outside, in a very confrontational state, telling me that I have to pay for the service, that I must have punctured it again on the way home the day before, and that she didn't believe me. I was shocked at her demeanor and, once again, explained that there must have been multiple punctures to begin with, as evidenced by one identified by my neighbor with no obstructions, which was not the puncture patched by her mechanic the day before. Her mechanic arrived, assessed the tire, found the other puncture, and determined that the tire could not be repaired. However, a tool needed to put my spare on was not working, so they over-inflated the tire so I could go to a tire shop down the road to have it replaced elsewhere. I want to make it very clear that both of the men working in the garage were incredibly kind.At that point, I went inside to ask if she needed anything from me. She said no with a very snarky attitude. I told her that, at no point, did I ask for free labor or imply that I wasn't going to pay for services received and that I didn't appreciate the way she spoke to me, implying that I was lying and that they couldn't have made a mistake. Instead of apologizing, acknowledging that they had, in fact, overlooked the second puncture (and the fact that the tire was actually not safe to drive on at all) the day before, or saying anything — SHE LAUGHED AT ME AND WALKED AWAY.I am stunned and disappointed by this woman's behavior — completely condescending and unprofessional. While the mechanics are incredibly kind, her demeanor is unacceptable. Clearly the mechanics knew they made an error (which is forgivable); otherwise, she would have insisted I pay another labor charge, which she did not. While I've long recommended and gone to Rino for service in the past, I never will again.

The very nice man patched my tire very quickly and at a very fair price. While he was at it he checked the air in all the other tires. I highly recommend this service station. If you live in the area, you'll be supporting a very worthy hometown business.

Do not take your car to Rhino Fairfax!I brought my Subaru in for repair and the problem was misdiagnosed by their mechanic “Tom”.He then replaced the wrong part twice when no the issue at all and charged me $589.00.Now, they refused to budge and I’m out the money, the two weeks they held my car and the problem is still there. Please, do not trust this company!

Terrible place! I brought my Subaru in for a low level radiator. The mechanic said it was definitely a radiator leak and he replaced it. I picked up the car, paid $589.00 and drove away. Guess what? Same problem, overheating as I drove away so I brought it back. I was then told by "Tom" the mechanic that it was a bad radiator replacement, it was a defect from the factory. He then replaced it again and I picked up the car, drove it away. Guess what? Yup, Same problem- overheating and drive it back to Rhino the same day. This time it sat a few days and when I called they acted as if I were bothering them. They then kept the car for two whole weeks, no calls and after attempting to find the actual problem they now say it's a head gasket leak and I am out of luck, and I am out of my $589.00. Also, when I first brought in the car, I filled up the tank from their pumps and when I picked the car up still with the original mechanical issue it had absolutely no gas. I mean someone actually had to literally suck the gas out of the the full tank to make the needle go so low and there is no way they could have driven the car a whole full tanks worth of gasoline. These folks are rude, I'll mannered and con-artists. I am in the process and writing reviews so that others in the community do not go there. DO NOT buy or pay for ANYTHING from Rhino Fairfax. A complete rip- off and waste of time and money.

Be careful using the gas pumps. My debit card was immediately hacked after getting gas here.
