“My sister and I visited Grace Thrift today and we both found treasures! They were affordable and the shop is beautifully arranged. Most wonderful were the two women working there. They may have been the manager (great red hair) and the other a volunteer. They were so helpful and fun to interact with. GREAT thrift store. Highly recommend!”

“I would come by SF once or twice a year, and the thing I was most excited to visit was St. Patrick's Thrift shop. It's really quite small, but in a good way, as the shop never feels overwhelming, just fun and charming. The prices are affordable for houseware, jewelry, books, stationary, clothes, everything. Wonderful volunteer staff.”

“While I was on my job search, Rich at Bloom Marin helped me put together a professional wardrobe that gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. This is a photo of myself & Stella, the bulldog. Stella is pictured at the donation entrance to Bloom. The suit I am wearing was selected by Richard & photographed by my mother Tamra Phillips. We ❤️ Bloom Marin. ★★★★★”

“Good selection, very small store. One issue with the experience.

I asked them to hold some items for half an hour, and when I came back, they said one of the items was missing a price and had to get re-priced. I know this item had a price tag because remember seeing it and thinking I’d buy it for my friend because it was a good deal. I always check the price tag and there were no other items with “missing” price tags.

I thought maybe the paper fell off, but it’s a plastic tagged item, so the plastic part should have been there.

I try to assumed positive intent, and I paid for the over double the price increase that was asked for, but I can tell I was deceived. The price was definitely there, and they decided to re-price it, and lie to me about it “not having a price”.

Come on, just be honest…. The world has enough deceit already.”

“First time coming in here and was pleasantly surprised with the selection and prices. Staff were nice and helpful. Couldn't believe they were selling brand new ASICS and Brooks running shoes for $32. Tags still on. What a find, had to get a pair. Thank you!”

“Lovely spot, in a quaint area (downtown mill valley). Affordable prices thank goodness ?? so much variety, and a designated section for ‘fancy’ designer clothes. Fun art selection, gifts, trinkets, hats. Etc.”

“The thrift store, started in the 1930’s supports five charities. The shop is staffed primarily, by community volunteers. Wonderful items are donated by generous supporters. Definitely worth a look when in Tiburon on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and some Sundays.”

“When dropping off donations, there are two lanes for parking. There is one man who is a pleasant and kind man and I always enjoying seeing him as I drop off. Goodwill is such a great service for the community.Another man was super (u-b-e-r/too much) friendly the first time and then a little bit aggressive the second time. I give you the same tip that I got when I worked customer service in Marin. I would try to be even between visits and customers. (Try to treat everybody the same.)”

“Recycle instead of tossing out good stuff! Been shopping here for decades. Been able to find many things for my wardrobes, house furnishings, decorative objects, art, kitchen supplies, tools, gardening equipment “, etc. Best place to recycle for reuse of your good condition clothing (clean and in very good immediately wearable condition) and furniture and nice bric a brac to keep them out of landfill.”
