“My sister and I visited Grace Thrift today and we both found treasures! They were affordable and the shop is beautifully arranged. Most wonderful were the two women working there. They may have been the manager (great red hair) and the other a volunteer. They were so helpful and fun to interact with. GREAT thrift store. Highly recommend!”

“Actually a pretty good little thrift shop, associated with the nearby church of the same name. Not a big selection; and as with most thrift stores, you need to visit often to find donated designer clothing selling at pennies on the dollar.”

“The stylist Johnny was very helpful and I was treated like a queen. I didn't need any pants so I was able to pick a bunch of dresses to try on and he helped me pick a real pretty brasserie that is flesh tone and a couple pairs of body shaper shorts to wear under the two dresses and I got a white botton down shirt and a very stylish pair of pumps with a modest heel and two pairs of silky stockings and three oversized shirts by Atletha for workout or casual clothes and jewelry; a pair of emerald teardrop earrings and a hand made beaded necklace with my birthstone and beautiful natural green pearls and amatrine beads and a bracelet that has amber beads and a keychain that matches the bracelet.i also get three pairs of underwear and three pairs of socks and a beautiful grass green silk scarf and a super soft woven by hand scarf and a black blazer with a zipper. And one more thing, I got to pick a purse a chose a nice backpack that matches everything.”

“What a wonderful place to not only shop but to donate as well! This is a delightful store filled with lots of treasure. Cassie who is the assistant manager has been super helpful and really nice. The whole staff is great! I recently had a neighborhood garage sale and brought some of the unsold items to them to resell. It's a wonderful organization and a great way to not only repurpose items but to also and more importantly to give back to the community. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Stop by! You'll be glad you did! Donate to them. You'll be glad you did!”

“Neat and well organized with generally good quality merchandise. I never leave without something I "needed". Today it was (more) books and a london fog peacoat.”

“I've been a customer of Picks and Treasures in Novato for awhile, and also their auction location up in in Rohnert Park. They find the coolest items, and every lot starts at $5. Every week there's a couple new auctions in multiple locations. I especially love that they are a local woman-owned, family business, and I can come pick up my winnings in person. They have super friendly, helpful staff. One of them told me recently they're starting a Thrift Store at the Novato location to sell certain items at a low cost to give back to the community. This is the kind of place a feel good about supporting with my hard-earned dollars.”

“First time coming in here and was pleasantly surprised with the selection and prices. Staff were nice and helpful. Couldn't believe they were selling brand new ASICS and Brooks running shoes for $32. Tags still on. What a find, had to get a pair. Thank you!”

“When dropping off donations, there are two lanes for parking. There is one man who is a pleasant and kind man and I always enjoying seeing him as I drop off. Goodwill is such a great service for the community.Another man was super (u-b-e-r/too much) friendly the first time and then a little bit aggressive the second time. I give you the same tip that I got when I worked customer service in Marin. I would try to be even between visits and customers. (Try to treat everybody the same.)”

“Always find something I want to take home! Only request is that they try small appliances before they put them on the shelf, and mark them as running or not. Twice I've found "just what I needed" only to have them suggest we plug it before buying--both items did not work. I'd rather see that up front than wait in line just to discover they don't work. One”
