I walked in, asked for a pack of Marlboro 27, the teller said reds? I said no 27s then she said 72s I said no 27s then she said oh the blend those are reds I said the pack isn’t red and there is written 27 on the pack. She then started arguing about the pack being reds I apologized for her being incompetent but it says 27 on the pack and the pack is bronze color, not red. At that she said you know what I’m going to get someone else to help you and she then proceeded to rant through the store and gave me the middle finger!?!? Lol this is the perfect example of what makes this country garbage, garbage people. This is also one of the main reasons the dollar looses value, the people you spend it with are not worth the effort you put into earning it. I sent my friend in to get a pack instead as obviously she wasn’t able to make the sale and got the receipt with time and name of the nuisance that this business calls an employee. lol Take your business elsewhere is what I would recommend.

11/ 9/ 24. Carded to buy a pack of cigarettes for a second (!) time by employee Brie. I am 77 y/o and have grey hair. I went to my car and got my temporary paper CDL. “No, it has to be a card,” she said and proceeded to walk away and refused to wait on me AGAIN. I conclude that now this is personal. And that’s why I’m posting this complaint. Aren’t cashiers obligated to wait on customers? Isn’t that part of the job description? I live about a quarter of a mile away and have been patronizing this convenience store for 40 years! Does that even matter anymore? Very shortsighted on the part of management to card everyone and then put up with their employees being incredibly rude to customers. Especially regular customers!! Sales is the motor of ANY business. I’m wondering how your sales on Suisuin Valley Rd/Rockville have been doing for the month of November since you’ve been carding everyone who wants to buy a measly pack of cigarettes. You know, 7/11 is just a mile away and that’s where I’ll be going now to buy gas, cigarettes, cat food, etc. Just know that customers usually have cars and options. You’ve definitely lost me as a customer!

The lottery signs in Neon haven't been changed in weeks. I wasted $$ on tickets I wouldn't have bought if the signs had been accurate. They charge for air & water which should be free. I'm disappointed in this place. The socks I bought here fell apart. The elastic washed out first time in the washer.

Went in for a pack of cigarettes, asked the cashier for a pack , he came back with the wrong pack, I walked back to the corner where the cigarettes are with him to which an older woman yelled out " Sir you're not allowed back here" I looked around and realized there was an open gate I went through. I apologized and said maybe they should keep the gate closed. To which the woman replied to the cashier " He's not getting anything , no cigarettes! I apologized to the cashier that he had such a rude power tripping boss. she said she doesn't treat him like that. Obviously she does.

Great store overall, but they need to DESPERATELY clean their fountain soda machine!!! Or get a NEW one! It's so gross and nasty that I cannot trust what's coming out of it!
