Joe and David are great and always greet you with a smile, they bust their butts managing a lot between just the two of them for a pretty good sized post office. They've got all of the priority boxes there to grab if you need, and all of the standard forms are available in the outer area that is open 24/7. Inside the doors during business hours, they have stamps, decorative packaging for purchase and more. Always appreciate them and what they do.

Zero stars- I am beyond disappointed with the customer service I received from USPS. I got a call yesterday about my $300 package, and instead of resolving the issue, the man on the phone told me to go search for it myself because it was delivered to the wrong house—somewhere four doors down. When I asked if it was to the left or right, he admitted he wasn’t sure! How am I supposed to track down a package without clear information?
When I got assertive and explained that I was absolutely not going door to door asking random people for my package—because that’s both ludicrous and completely inappropriate—he dismissed me. I told him I’d file a claim, and he rudely said I probably wouldn’t get my money back. Excuse me? That’s not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.
It wouldn’t be such a big deal if this were the first time something like this happened, but it’s not. It’s almost $400 worth of items that I’m supposed to just take on faith will show up—even though my packages never do. This is beyond frustrating. Thankfully, I contacted the company I ordered from, and they refunded me, but I shouldn’t have to go through this every time.
USPS has consistently let me down, and their lack of accountability and professionalism is incredibly disappointing. They need to do better.

Terrible post office, customer service hours are 9 am to 4 pm. so why do they have the audacity to say open at 1030?? Terrible service and do not recommend especially for people that do not have the time on their breaks for this.

Seem nice enough but I've had packages marked as delivered that never showed up. They said it wad in mailbox but it's a 135 lb piece of furniture. I also have doorbell cameras. No package arrived. Working on filing a claim now.

It is not the first time this USPS put packages in the wrong mailbox. Just bad delivery service. How are we suppose to find our stuff now?

Apparently, it doesn't matter how long you've been waiting. If his friends walk up, he's helping them first...

This is a great location. I'm glad they are on base. They process your stuff very fast and know what they're doing here. They have all of the spots on the floor for Covid distancing and also plastic and stuff up to protect you from everything needed.

This isn't my first time with delivery fraud from this location, but it's the worst so far.A tracked package was marked as delivered to my actual house... until they saw my doorbell security camera that would prove otherwise. So they just added a new step onto the tracking to say it was picked up in person at the post office. No wonder they don't ever answer the phone.

Definitely would not recommend if you plan on shipping anything of value. Sadly my brother passed away and I had to sign and send some forms into the funeral home which is in another state, so that things could be processed & I used this facility. Worst mistake of my life. I paid extra to make sure it got there on time and for the tracking services, still worst decision ever. After the funeral home not receiving the signed forms, I contacted this location and no one answered the dozen or so calls I made so I made the trip up there. With receipts in hand they could not find the documents and could not even tell me if they had left the facility. Long story short, I finally left for my brothers funeral and was able to sign in person, however because of the delay by this post office in not receiving the signed forms that I sent the week prior, his ashes for his urn were not ready for the ceremony, so we had to do without. The ceremony was just fine but not the same, they ruined an already heartbreaking & sad situation.

If your package doesn't fit in your mailbox, chances are they won't deliver it.
