My go to spot. This place has it all. Its busy and I have to wait sometimes but it’s well worth it. Max Wash is the best DIY car wash i have ever gone to. I drive from Hemet to wash here.

- Got confronted by a young worker asking if I left a bad review and asking why. Another employee came out trying to give me deluxe wash and said No, i wanted my money back taking my buisnes elsewhere l. The worker Started recording me and got mad I would not remove my review. I guess I'll it takes for them to try to fix something is by leaving a bad review. Not professional at all!! Take your buisenes down the street to fallbrook car wash
I experienced a significant loss of water pressure during my wash and reported it to the staff on-site. They mentioned they were working on it, but my car sat for 30 minutes without resolution. I come here often, but this was frustrating and disappointing. Unfortunately, I’ll be looking for another car wash from now on

Driven past the car wash a number of times through the years and finally stopped to try it out. Oh my gosh, clean, easy to get around. They were a little busy, but that should be expected for a good car wash on a sunny day. I'm went ahead and splurged for the top of the line-automated car wash with the ceramic coating.
WOW! To say it was shiny, is an understatement.
Standard car washes, always seem to leave my car clean, but somehow the finish was like open pores and made the paint a dust magnet. Choosing the ceramic option was amazing at repellent dust. My car looked great 2 to 3 times longer than a normal car wash. Worth every penny! Thanks MAX

Overall the car wash experience its self is amazing! Always gets the job done! Only car wash I go to!

Regular customer and always satisfied with service although for quite a while now every time using the scent spray at car vacuum it is either wrong scent or scent is empty. Diana was a great employee who not only kept the area clean but also fully restocked and would instantly resolve issue. Miss having her work there ! There was a worker on site today, seen him a few times.. been giving him the benefit of the doubt to resolve matter but seems to still not be fixed .. scent spray is one of my favorite tools to use very unfortunate for them not to be working properly.

True to use the self serve wash and waited about 15-20 minutes so I guess there is no time limit. The vacuum cleaners placed outside the self serve wash when used blocks you from pulling out and with a car in back of you, your stuck in the stall until somebody moves. Whoever laid this carwash out didn't know anything about a functional layout. It's a mess and I won't be going back.

As much as I love the workout of washing my own car, sometimes it’s much too hot for that. Today I was distracted and in a hurry and selected the wrong wash for my car. I called to inquire, my call was answered and my mistake was fixed RIGHT AWAY!!! Max Car Wash will now forever have my business for myself and family.
I should also add, my wheel baby came out looking happy and squeaky clean! And was a nice experience for my littles!

Decent little self carwash. Has everything you need to get your car lookin' good. My only complaint is it's a little small, so things can get tight when it's busy. Other than that, it's a great spot.

By far the best car wash I’ve ever used. I bought my car in 2018 brand new and have been coming here to wash it myself ever since and now 6 years later , the paint still looks amazing. Everything about this place surpasses other self wash places. The brushes are perfect size, the soap/tire wash/pressure wash/spot free rinse/vacuum are all top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the owner!

This place used to be great until they made changes to their payment systems. I went this morning to do a touchless wash and paid extra. First off, the machine declined my card 3 times for no reason other than it being an issue with their machine (I had more than sufficient funds to cover the cost). I used a different card and finally it went through. I get into the wash and even though I paid for touchless the machine starts using the brushes on my car. Problem #1. Problem #2, I paid extra for some "sealant/undercarriage" stuff and nothing. It was a super basic wash. Fine, whatever. Then I get to the vacuum part. They no longer use the tokens that are dispensed when you purchase a wash, but they have these newer vacuums. Ok fine, but when you go to pay it says it's $2 for a basic vacuum. I pay and the vacuum doesn't shut off. It goes for 10 min before I finally find the smallest stop button (that doesn't even say stop or end vacuum or anything). They charged me $10 for the vacuum...who in their right mind would actually pay that?! They have a notice that says "read all instructions before you pay" but nothing there tells you how to stop the machine. I will never use this place again, and honestly I'd be weary if I were you
