My daughters went in to purchase some goodies asked the cashier if they can use a visa gift card I provided them and the cashier said no they don’t accept gift cards and asked if they stole something to say the truth because they can check the cameras !!! How do you assume ! Sooooooooooo angry

It’s been numerous times where I walk into this 711 and it’s the older Hispanic man with gray hair and glasses that’s gives me an excuse as to why he can’t change my lotto tickets he’s always changing the time that lotto opens then Today he says I’m sorry I can’t I’m alone a whole bunch of damn excuses if u can’t do your job just quit and leave that opportunity for someone that can do the damn job …. And has CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS cause that man SURE DOES NOT

**INCORRECT CHANGE REFUND ISSUE**During a recent visit to my local 7-Eleven store, I waited in the car for my 13-year-old son while he went inside to buy a Gatorade. He gave the cashier a $50 bill, but upon returning to the car, he realized that he had received the incorrect change of only $26, with no receipt, when it should have been $46. I entered the store to inform the cashier, Maria, of the situation. She insisted that nothing could be done until the owner reviewed the security camera footage later that day and was rather impolite, even calling me a liar. Subsequently, the owner contacted me and claimed to have reviewed the footage, concluding that the cashier had given my son the correct change. This experience has left me disappointed in how the owner handled the situation, especially considering numerous similar reviews about this employee with no action taken. I would advise caution when dealing with this establishment, as it appears to be quite questionable.

The people who serve at any time are very very friendly, it is always open, as indicated by the hours, there is a good selection of products and it is always clean.

Maria is the rudest and most inconsiderate cashierLast week, she refused to re-ring my order after the points from the app did not go through for a $3 discount. Today, she charged my 15 cents for a single use bag and told me it's required by law. I'm pretty sure that's NOT LEGAL. I know what the law is, and it's for multi use recycled bags.FOLLOW UP- was offered a free bag today from another cashier. I said doesn't that cost $.15. He laughed and said NO we don't charge. I said, huh, how about that?

I've been going to this 7-11 every day for the past 2 years and the coffee there is always freshly brewed never cold. There's this Mexican worker who is such a good responsible worker if it wasn't for this guy the experiences wouldn't be the same he's always helpful. DEFINITELY GIVE IT A TRY
