My kids (2 1/2 and 9 mos) love going to school everyday, which tells me everything I need to know about the quality of care. The teachers communicate well, and they have such fun and creative learning opportunities. My older daughter has started talking so much more since she started here, and loves to tell me about what she learned that day. I was having a hard time sending them to daycare and I’m very thankful we found this school.

Our son has been here since he was 4 months old (now 18 months) and we love it. The teachers and Ms Rosey are amazing, my son loves going to daycare and having all the fun activities. I love that I can track his day on the app and see photos of him doing activities. The teachers really go out of their way for the little ones and you can see it by the way my son shows his affection to them.

We absolutely love this day care. Our son has been going here 3 days per week since he was 3 months old and they have been AMAZING! Maria and Rosie are always helpful and go above and beyond! They make us feel safe and our son always has a big smile on his face when we drop off and pick him up! I couldn't ask for a better first experience with child care!

Love, love love this place for my little! My guy is on the infant side and they are all just so wonderful over there! Attentive, playful, caring and so much more. You really get a great experience for your infants here. It's not just simple daycare, it is more like school for babies! Plus, they use an app to keep you updated on your little's day (food, naps, diapers, pictures, etc). I am so happy that I found this place!

I am very pleased with this facility! I have had both of my boys (3y.o & 1.5y.o) enrolled here for a few months & they are doing great, they love it. They help with potty training, which is a plus! As a parent I'd like to remind other parents that the teachers handle a lot of kids..(within their limits) so if injuries occur it doesn't mean the child was neglected or not being watched correctly. Accidents happen ANYWHERE at ANYTTIME & it should be common sense that the teachers aren't constantly behind EVERY KID trying to prevent accidents. When I received an ouch report for my 1 1/2 year old it was thorough. I was able to speak with the teacher and get an even more detailed description of what happened. She answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns. If you are looking to enroll your kids here I definitely recommend this place. All of the teachers that have received my kids at drop off always have a great attitude & I feel comfortable leaving my kids in their hands.

My son fell off of an adult size table at 6 months old and had a horrific bruise the size of a baseball on his forehead for a month. This was the worse in a serious of "accidents" that happened pretty close together. I removed him from that daycare immediately. They were rude to me and my family. They made so many rude comments about my tattoos. They also refused to return my sons diapers and wipes when I removed him from the daycare. This was the worse possible experience I have ever had. We are in an amazing daycare now that him and my new baby are thriving in. Please please please do not expose your kids to these people.

Reading one of the reviews was disheartening and feels like an attack on this facility without even giving them a chance. My son son, who has an IEP has attended ACB since he was an infant. The staff has always been caring, responsible, accepting and compassionate. My child has been INCLUDED as a typical child. The staff has always treated my child with love and patience. The other persons narrative is their own, but it seems unfair that the staff and Ms Rosey (since she was named specifically) cannot defend themselves against these nasty remarks. ACB is a great daycare and anyone who attends there will say the same thing. It's sad that this parent would feel the need to come on a public forum and put names and this school on blast without stating the truth. A Creative Beginning, keep doing what you do, you have enriched the lives of so many children and their families including 2 of my own kids.

My daughter’s very first day was her last! I felt extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and lack of responsibility. My 2 year old daughter came home with a bruised face. Looked like she got beat up badly. Apparently she fell face forward because the people that were suppose to watch her were not looking. They only notified me of the incident when I arrived to pick her up not at the moment of the incident. They seemed so careless. I called them to talk to them more. Rosie the one running the place called me almost until closing time. And she acted like it was no big deal. My daughter has an IFSP which means she has special needs. Clearly these people don’t care about children all they care about is enrolling them. What a total lack of professionalism! If you are going to run a daycare facility in this manner in that case you shouldn’t.

Our son goes here part time and we have had nothing but good interactions thus far!! Everyone is friendly, but, laid back-which is our style. Our son is autistic and they have been very familiar and helpful with his diagnosis.

My INFANT started at the Fallbrook campus at three months. After attending here we came to learn that the staff was doing the nightly janitorial cleaning duties BEFORE CLOSING TIME WHILE THE INFANTS WERE STILL PRESENT!Now, I'm not talking about general cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day. I recognize the important role of keeping the facility clean to reduce the spread of germs. I'm talking about a full on wipe down of the whole classroom, mopping, sweeping, cleaning everything with toxic chemicals exposing ALL of our babies to toxic fumes. My baby attended there Monday through Friday, until close, which means she was being exposed to this on a DAILY basis. After, repeated, failed attempts, asking them to not do this during business hours in order to reduce the exposure of toxic chemicals to the infants, I was told I could put in my cancellation papers because there were plenty of other babies on the wait list.Due to their lack of concern, I knew this was not the right place for my infant and withdrew her from their program.I called many other day care facilities and they all said they DO NOT do their nightly cleaning during hours in which the babies are still present.

Our son is enrolled in the infant care center, and they take wonderful care of him! Their use of the brightwheel app makes it very easy to know how he ate and slept and keeps us informed. I highly recommend them!

Often times when a child is asked not to return to a facility parents can access the internet and write anything they like. We would like to take a moment and address the comment left by Ash Ley. Tuition for our facility is competitive for our area. Even then parents are not forced to bring their child to our facility. If our tuition seems too steep for this particular family then we encourage them to find a fit for them. We have never been understaffed at any time. As a matter of fact the child in question had one on one attention for the period the child was with us. About 85% of our staff have been with our ACB family for 3 years or more. The new additions to our staff has been due to the growing number of enrollment. Each classroom has an assigned teacher. The infant center has 4 assigned teachers to ensure consistency for our little ones. The curriculum that was mentioned was and is for our infant center. As we all know getting infants (birth-2) to follow a set curriculum is not always on THEIR agenda. We allow flexibility for our little ones so that they may have the opportunity to follow their individual needs and services plan. The curriculum that we introduce is a creative curriculum and is based on the children's interest. Some days they do not want to stop painting to read a book. Our goal in responding to this review is that the concerns are addressed and so that anyone reading the reviews may have all of the information.

Both my daughters have gone to Creative Beginning, they’re 9 years apart so that should speak for its self. My youngest started here when she was 2 and will now be going to kindergarten but will continue on as a school ager (before & afterschool care). All the teachers are and have been amazing, you can tell they love what they do and love the kids. I really like how the days are structured, from social & creative development, nap time to age appropriate scholastic activities. They even provide breakfast, lunch & snacks, which is a big plus for me. During the summer they have water play days, field trips for the older school age kids, and offer swim class (at the high school with a separate fee). Over all I have been very pleased with our experience at Creative Beginning and would recommend them 100%!
